Great stay

Great little apartment with good facilities. Nice and clean with lots of bars and shops nearby. Close to the riverside and town centre.

It's a fine basic place. The air conditioning didn't work initially in my room. This was Sunday. The technician came and fixed it on Monday. The technicians don't work over the weekend. The staff was helpful though and they felt for me. They didn't have an extra room for Sunday but they tried and I trust that they would have swapped me if there was an extra room. (The air conditioning is also a bit loud. But I came in a heatwave and I'm told these extreme conditions are not common and so I suppose at other times of the year these issues are not important.)

Chambre parfaite pour notre séjour à Lyon. Boulangerie, resto, épicerie à proximité. Quartier sympathique et sûr. À pied, tram et métro, la ville est facile à visiter à partir de cet hôtel. Accueil chaleureux!

Very central, safe and friendly staff

The hotel was full, and that is great, but only one room available, and the elevator was broken, last floor, floor 7, to go up with bags and no one to help. Such a bad service. No compensation, no amenities nothing, even not a proper desolee

We enjoyed our 2-night stay at the Adagio. The staff was pleasant and accommodating, and the location was okay for what we had planned. We had two rooms and were able to use the breakfast area in the evening to eat a meal together that we had prepared in one of our kitchens. The reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because we had to carry our heavy luggage up a flight of stairs from the parking garage (which was not free). Had we been told at registration that we could have parked in the street for a few minutes while unloading the luggage, it would have made our check in much more pleasant. Also, our shower door did not have a plastic gasket at the bottom, and it was impossible to shower without getting water all over the floor. Fortunately, we did not have clothing lying on the floor or it would have gotten soaked.

Great place to stay for a few days, right next to the university. Good kitchen in my room to cook things. Very good location

Would rate higher if it was not under renovation. The program resulted water supply suspension from 9:00 to 16:00 one day during our stay. Overall, a good place to stay😀

On arrival had to deal with quirky room door which would not close securely. Took staff a couple of hours to show up & tell us we needed to "card" the door shut on exit (& that dead bolt did not work). Mini-kitchen very useful for travelers. WiFi OK not super fast. Good AC in room (room was 24C on arrival even though it was early October but system handled this well.

I would recommend this place to friends and relatives, and I will definitely come back to stay if I do come to Lyon

Comfortable, clean, and homey stay - the staff there really helped to make this place a gome away from home for me while I was staying for a week :) The room itself was well-equipped with a kitchenette including a fridge, and I came back from exploring the city or seeing the games every day to see that housekeeping had left my room spotless every time. The location was very convenient: Close to 2 major tram lines and not too far away from 2 major metro lines as well as multiple amazing restaurants. A great place to stay for a while!

I enjoyed my three nights there. The gentleman at the reception was kind and helpful.

Convenient location short walk to metro line. Basic rooms, poorly lit, very dusty and manuscripts marks on walls and furniture. If the price is low then this is a good budget option.

The hotel from inside is very old. I have seen some bugs in the toilet. And different type in the bed.
