Fantastic friendly service. Great breakfast and the building and rooms immaculate. Wonderfully recommend to anyone.

Very centrally located, rooms were small but clean

The hotel is very conveniently located just a few blocks away from the Vatican. I found the staff to be very friendly and the breakfast in the morning was great! The rooms were clean, but the bathroom was incredibly small.

The decor was outstanding. Old fashion in the stairwell and modern in the rooms

We stayed one night had leave hotel early in the morning. Beds were very uncomfortable and not only could we not watch TV because the person who stayed in room before us the tv had his act on even the guy working at hotel could not fix then I tried to turn TV off and the TV would not turn off we were tired had a 10 hour flight the next morning and had to leave at 6am I called front desk someone came up to help and they also could not get the TV to turn off so we had to sleep with the bright TV screen on and couldent even watch anything the only other solution was to take the key card out which gives the room power and then we would have no AC and room was very hot so unfortunately, we had to leave the TV screen on all night. There was also hair in the bathroom sink. The positive the gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful they booked transportation for us and gave us a great restaurant recommendation he was very helpful and nice and hotel is in a good location close to Vatican other then that the rest of the stay was disappointing.

No wash cloths / only towels. No Kleenx only tp.

Overall the property is good but needs some upgrades or maintenance. TV in the room was not working. Housekeeping was limited or constrained.

Good for a short stay. Good location to major sites. The hotel staff was very friendly. Solo room was very small and unfortunately they put me right next to the reception desk and breakfast so it was extremely loud in the morning and hard to sleep. Good value for the money considering how expensive Rome is and again for 2-3 days worth it, but I wouldn’t stay longer than that. Little tiny gym was nice for a quick basic workout before sightseeing.

The hotel location is very convenient to shopping and dining. The service not great due to lack of staff personnel.

I have been coming again and again to this hotel for the past ten years. Is conveniently located, overall rooms are OK even if a bit small. Service is really nice and breakfast is very good

The hotel was better than I expected it would be. Some of the reviews were a bit unfair. I think for the price, it was value for money. The staffs were friendly and helpful, the breakfast ok and the room clean and that’s all you need for a budget holiday.

Room was smaller than we anticipated. We did not find the beds to be comfortable. Shower was great. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Property’s area is very good to see landmarks. Very safe and has a very nice terrace. Staff is also super friendly.
