Helpful staff very good food!

Although the hotel on arrival has a lovely exterior, reception and restaurant the room needs updating. The towels were worn but the bedding was lovely. The tea tray was good but the kettle needed descaling and washing

Easy access to car park and reception, wellness centee, pools, very professional and helpful staff. Turned up 8.30pm, room clean, restaurant staffed well, excellent stopover.

Super amazing staff. Rooms are a bit worn out. The heated pool and other wellness services made ALL the différence. Definitely going back.

Old and tired, hasn’t changed since last visit 10 years ago.

Nice SUPER helpful staff Basic Room. No frills, which is fine... ...but the Restaurant (which used to be excellent) is now to be avoided. The quality of food on offer is now very poor. 3 out of 10 (now) 9 out of 10 (3 years ago)

The property is a little ware worn but clean & comfortable. Staff & restaurant were excellent.

The hotel is tired and run down. Poor noise insulation from the corridor and other rooms. The condition of the property was not reflected in the price.

Ideally you need a car to access this hotel.

Stayed here for one night. Was pleasant enough. Would stay again.

Room was big, spacious and clean. But otherwise this was disappointing, even for a one night stopover. Booking was non-cancellable... but they only told me after I booked, that the pool was closed. Then the noise - the walls are far too thin. If it wasn't water flowing/flushing/showering from bathrooms above and either side, it was doors slamming frequently through the night. I don't think this was people doing it deliberately, it was just that the doors are noisy and the walls are thin. Plus of course people getting frisky next door... Then the flaky wi-fi. 8 different networks available, but none of them could give more than one bar, and none of them stayed working for more than a couple of minutes when you connected. Don't stay here if you want to relax!

Dated, tired, old and dirty. The furniture was damaged and he room generally quite dirty except the bed sheets. Curtains falling off the tracks. I would not stay here again!!! Wasn’t allowed to have dinner in the restaurant as it was booked out for a coach load. Food was just ok but couldn’t face breakfast with a coach load so gave it a miss. Lorry generator in the car park was working all night. Didn’t even go to the spa to experience this based in the standard of the room. Very expensive for the standard and certainly not a 4 star . Even an Ibis budget would have been better.

Overnight stop on the way to Germany. Pleasant hotel but in need of modernisation. The children enjoyed a swim in the outdoor pool in the summer sun. Breakfast was ok could have been better so an advertised 4 star hotel.

Nice hotel but with the very hot weather it really needs air conditioning. Everywhere was hot but the second floor corridor and bedrooms were unbearable. Fans given were useless so we got no sleep. This is the second year we have stayed here with this situation so next year we will be looking for a hotel with air con

Stopped here or route from Austria to UK, Convenient location for getting on to E40. Rooms are in need of upgrading, No air conditioning so as very hot leaving window open at night with noise from roads not ideal. Its a choice noise or fresh air. Staff friendly and bar and restaurant OK. It is in remote location / Free Wi Fi with good signal

The staff are extremely kind and pleasant and very professional The property is clean. The food is good will recommend 1/2 pension it is a bargain and frankly very generous . The property need to be redone as everything is old inside . I felt like being in the 70’ which remind me the good old days on 4 stars hotels . The property has a great swimming pool . Be aware if you want new bling bling this is not the place . I love this hotel it was my 2sd time and of course I will go back . Merci encore à toute cette belle équipe .
