We were there 17 days and the bathroom was not cleaned once

The hotel is family owned and the owners are quite friendly. The building is a little old but tidy and rooms are quite spacious.

有提供late checking，雖然沒見到飯店主人，但可用密碼鎖；小可惜是飯店主人英文不是很好，所以有一些小小地比手畫腳，但整體房間算大 & 有廚房可使用。

Property and the facilities a bit old. The room size is big with kitchen. Not far away from Metro and supermarket.

We were given a larger than expected room which was warm and clean. Nearby an excellent restaurant served pizza and there is a supermarket at the end of the road. The centre of Vienna is a 25 min walk but easy enough to access the Museum Quarter and most of the main attractions.

Stayed at this reasonably priced hotel and was pleasantly surprised. Large room with a very comfortable bed. A basic en suite bathroom but with good water pressure for a decent shower. Located on a quiet side street which helped for a good night's sleep. Optional breakfast was a little too basic for my UK tastes but on a one night stop over it was fine. If staying longer I would have hoped for a choice for a hot breakfast. Happily arriving late evening there were several bars and restaurants still open just down the road including a decent pizzaria which is always a bonus. The hotel offers a airport transfer service which I used and was good. Overall would stay again.

Noisy terrible experience for a non smoker. Very noisy and very smoky

Booked the hotel as a transit point for a road trip across Vienna to Germany. The hotel provides free parking which was one of the criteria we selected it. The place was located in the northern park of the city, in a residential area which is a little more quiet than the tourist area. There are train stations and tram station close by, which is in walking distance. There are 3 supermarkets in walking distance and a selection of restaurants to pick including Mraz and Sohn which is a 2 star Michelin place. We booked a full apartment for our group of 4 that includes 2 bedroom and a kitchen. There are heaters, but no aircon which made the summer Vienna a little hot, but bearable. Aircon is not common in European hotels so it is not uncommon. A small issue with the room is that there is only one toilet may not be adequate for 4 people during morning times. The check-in process had not been the most smooth due to the limited hours that the check-in is open. However the hotel management has contacted our party earlier to explain how to deal with late check-in so it wasn't an issue. The staff there was friendly and explained about many attractions nearby. There is an additional cleaning fee and city tax that is collected separately which is stated in the terms, but may be surprising one did not read about the details. There is adequate parking space inside the premise, but the entrance can be a little small if you driving a larger car (e.g. SUV class).

The most annoying issue with the hotel is its misleading practice. It advertised for free parking, but it turned out free parking only for the day of arrival. It also advertised for a kitchen, but it would charge you 30 euros if you use the kitchen. The management is not on site. If you forget your key, you will be charged 30 euros to have the door unlocked. No clean towels were provided over three nights of stay. The floor creaked with every move - couldn't do anything without waking wife up. In summary, it is worst for both world - you lose the convenience of the hotel, and you don't get the amenities of an apartment.

Great staff, very established business. Dated but charming hotel has apartments and rooms with kitchenettes, in a combined residential neighborhood with groceries, shops, and pubs. Parking is included! Perfect place for those spending more time in town, but need a comfortable place to sleep and park an automobile. And, there is a biergarten as well -

The hotel is not central but it is conveniently located near a metro stop and a tram stop. We liked the fact that the accommodation we booked was like a little apartment (with kitchen etc.). We did not like the fact that we were informed about the 30 euros extra charge for using the kitchen, only once we submitted the payment via Expedia. Another unfair thing was the fact that we were informed about an extra charge of 34 euros (city tax, and cleaning fee) only after we payed Expedia, again , very unjust - we will opt for something different than Expedia to book our next stay.

Manager was helpful and very nice. The place was clean, spacious and reasonably priced. Our stay was great and we felt welcomed. The manager also spoke English which was great. I would definitely stay there again.

10 mins from Metro, working WiFi and free parking. The room was clean and spacious even though the building doesn't look too impressive but the room was nice. The staff was nice and helpful.

Feeling comfortable during my stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen was clean. Very close to public transportation. Around 45 min. walking distance to the old city.

Very spacious apartment of large bedroom, sitting room & fully fitted kitchen with dining area. Comfortably fits 4 persons. Very friendly & knowledgeable staff. Car park inside the hotel courtyard. Did not explore the area around the apartment but it's a short walk to the metro station with easy connection to the centre & main tourist attractions. Would like to visit again.
