This hotel is located far from attractions, located in an industrial area with lot of trucking loading area, not worth the money, definitely not 4 stars hotel! The temperature was not able to be regulated, either too hot or too cold. The breakfast was ok, but the dinner was good food, except the parking garage door was hidden in area that can’t find to open or exit with room key.

I booked this hotel mainly on geographical location as I was going to be working in Ejea de los Caballeros, in relation to other hotels inside the city it was expensive, so I was expecting a premium property, after I booked I realised it was on an unsightly industrial estate, although the building looked good from the outside, on check in I asked about eating and was told a reservation should be made as it was busy, I said ok can o have 2130 to which I was told I had to go to the restaurant (around 20 metres away) to book, I think this is the first time a 4 star restaurant has told me this, so I did it, the menu was very limited and I expected a better choice from a 4 star restaurant however the food was reasonably well cooked and taste was reasonably good, my room was very dated and tiny, I was expecting a lot more due to the cost of the room, there was no Wi-fi log in details in the room and no information given at check in, on check out I noticed a sign on the wall at reception, surely this should’ve been pointed out at check in if it’s not in the room or on the welcome card ? the following night I decided on a different hotel in the city centre I paid €10 less and had a room 3 times the size with much better customer service, I will not stay here again as the comfort is well below 4 star standard and the cost is well above local prices

Everyone in the hotel were very friendly, from the guy at the front desk at check in, who also made sure we had a crib for our baby, to the lady in charge of the cafeteria who helped us with the sterilization of the baby bottles in the morning. The hotel is ok, has nice rooms of good size, it is located in the outskirts of Zaragoza, and is mostly up to date in room decoration. I would stay again when going through Zaragoza.

Nice rooms, in a very industrial area with hundreds of trucks in and out. Evening meals poor, breakfast ok for the cost.

Disappointed as the hotel restaurant was shut so after a 7/8 hour journey we had to drive to the local village to find a restaurant. We had earlier been advised about the Spa being closed but if notified that the restaurant was shut we would have changed the booking. The staff were friendly but the room was on the small side.

Good hotel in a transport hub. Easy access to motorway. Stayed overnight on our way to and from Spain. Very friendly staff and good food at a great price. Four courses including wine twenty euro.

Good hotel but not easy to find. It's right in the middle of an industrial estate and so long as you find the signs for Citudad Transporte you'll find it easily but signs are not so easy to find. Satnav co-ordinates did not find it either.

First of all the hotel is very difficult to find. Even when you can see it from a distance it is hard to get to. There is not enough information on how to get to it. It is on an industrial estate but there are a lot of confusing signs and none match the address given. When we arrived the reception could not find my booking and it took 20 minutes or so to sort out. They were very apologetic. I mentioned the difficulty in accessing the hotel to the receptionist and he said that even with GPS it's hard to find. The room was well furnished, clean, comfortable bed and had a fridge. The bathroom was good. WiFi worked well. We did not use the restaurant but the coffee in the bar was good and there was a simple breakfast available there which is not advertised.

Description is accurate. The only problem was the bed that was uncomfortable.

This is described as a 4 star Hotel, it`s not, it was good value for what we paid but it is not 4 star. It is in an industrial estate with run down and closed industrial units next door. The bathroom was very good, the bedroom was small with an uncomfortable bed. It advertises a roof terrace and bar, this was not open as it only opens in the summer. This was the 12th September and was 35 deg at 7pm. It is also difficult to find The staff were very good and the restaurant produced good food at a very reasonable price.

It was a good stop on our way down to Torrevieja,so good that we stopped again at the same hotel on the way back. The evening menu was great and good value as was the breakfast. Secure under ground parking which they did not charge for.Staff friendly and helpful.

This is a nice hotel with good sized rooms and helpful staff. There's a bar/cafe/restaurant which again does decent, well priced food and drink. The location is on an industrial estate outside of Zaragoza but do not let this put you off - loads of parking and easily accessible as it's close to the main Zaragoza/Huesca road so a great hotel if you want some where to stop en-route in Northern Spain.

We used this hotel for an overnight break on our touring holiday. We had difficulty finding the hotel with our sat-nav as the address doesn't have a number due to it being situated on a large transport park. This resulted in us being directed off the motorway into the adjacent village and then having to ask for directions to the hotel. Once there, the hotel was well presented and had helpfull english speaking staff. It has good facilities and a very reasonably priced restaurant ( 10 euros each for a 3 course dinner including a bottle of wine, each!!!) which is fortunate as the hotel is in quite an isolated location if you want to eat elsewhere. The room was modest but clean and surprisingly quiet given the hotels location. I would not reccomend this hotel if you are wanting to stay in Zarragosa as it is some distance from the town. I would reccomend it for an overnight stop off which is what we did.

A great hotel in a industrial neighbourhood. Everything was good about the hotel and would recommend it to all business and short stay travellers, not the place for a romantic break?
