Very conveniently located to the train station and the front desk Director, Marco, goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable! I would/will return as needed!

Perfect

The train station is only 10 mins walking from the hotel which is very convenient. It’s a bit far from the center from Milan but it’s perfect if you’re looking for something affordable and near a train station that can take you to the center.

Great place

This property is out of the way and when buying in AUD very expensive for what it is. Windy 15 minute walk to Saronno station for 20 minute journey to Milan. Wine fridge and smart TV. No USB outlet.

Broken floor tile in our room . Breakfast was bad very little hot food. Toast ! Hotel is dated could do with a little bit off TLC . Walking distance from train station

Easy and safe parking garage.

Very friendly staff upon check in. Hotel was just a very short walk from train station. Hotel room was hot but we were able to open a window to cool it off! The AC was not turned on for the season yet! We took a short walk to find a nice little shopping area with a few restaraunts. Someone tried to get into our room early evening but we had the internal lock on, thank goodness. It was kind of strange!

Carpets could use a cleaning

Hospitality is incredible , such kind people , very convenient if you’re trying to bounce between places like Milan and Como best decision I made

Lovely hotel close to centre. Clean and welcoming. Ample breakfast. Free Secure parking. Couldn’t fault it would recommend also la Perla restaurant ( recommended by hotel) is close by and was very tasty and good value. Will return 👍👍👍

Big comfortable room and free parking. Generous breakfast buffet!

Room was scantily appointed but linens , floor , bathroom were all clean. Breakfast was okay.. nothing special but they did do cappuccinos and had done hot eggs .. rest was cold cuts, pastries , yogurt and nuts. Would’ve appreciated some proper shampoo and conditioner, and nice lotion and a dryer that wasn’t stuck to the wall and you could barely get in front of the mirror to use. Also would’ve appreciated a comfortable chair. Also my room was in front of a construction zone so you had to keep the windows basically closed in the blinds shut otherwise the working guys looking at you the whole time the staff at the front desk were wonderful and the location was good. I would’ve definitely recommended that they give their clients a map of the area with the important things because I ask where to go to find grocery store and she told me the name of the store and I googled it searched it and I had to go pretty far to find it, and meanwhile there was one I found at the last day I was I was in this town like literally 10 minutes from my place way closer and she never told me and it was a different name they didn’t go by carrefour it went by Market, but didn’t show up on my map search and I ended up walking too far for five bottles of water way past the train downstairs upstairs it was crazy. That I was not appreciative. this hotel worked for what I needed to do. And I didn’t know better and i would stay somewhere else.

Exactly what it was supposed to do good for one night during travel. Close to the train station. Half hour from Milan.

Our experience was excellent!All the hotel staff were smiling and helpful and eager to serve us and offer us a pleasant stay.The room was clean,tidy and always warm,with plenty of hot water at any time of the day.The breakfast was delicious,with good coffee and a variety of pastries.Also,the location of the hotel was extremely convenient,as well as the fact that it has an underground parking.This hotel respects every customer and it provides a good and pleasant stay.
