Staff was exceedingly nice and helpful. Property is being renovated carpet in corridors and elevator floor were covered in plastic.

Property was wonderfully located and the staff was nice but the room was tres’ small! Like so small.

Most of the rooms are, typically for Paris at this price, small. But we had 2 separate stays here and when we complained and asked for a larger room for our 2nd stay, they were able to give us a larger room. Breakfast was good..although we had one person who is vegan, and there really are not enough options for vegans. Wonderful location and very nice staff. They are renovating..so I'm sure future travelers will see improvements.

Room was so clean, honestly more than I expected. Front desk was helpful for every interaction. Great location in Marais with quick walk to spots and train stations, making it easy ride to CDG, as well.

This hotel is currently under renovation. The room we stayed has very dirty carpet, both shower and sink are clogged. Worst of all, it’s very noisy at night due to the non-stopping traffic.

I like the location, and the staff were helpful. Renovation going on during my stay.

Lots of space for the three of us, terrific bathroom. We chose this hotel for location and it was ideal for our first visit to Paris. Great neighborhood and very convenient transportation.

A wonderful small hotel. Although our twin room was tiny for 2 sisters, we loved the convenience of the location. Close to Place des Voges, fabulous restaurants and unique boutiques, we would book this hotel again for future visits.

Great location, we had a family room and it had a fair amount of space for a few days. Bathroom was good, staff were friendly. Bed was made and room tidied each day, we had a great 4 nights.

Hotel is an old building, but room well updated. Was really clean and a modern bathroom. Bed was comfy. Room was small, but enough (to be expected in city hotels). Its in a fantastic location with plenty of places within 100m for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. Also near metro and busses Staff were all very nice amd helpful. I will be staying here the next time i visit paris.

This property checked all the boxes for a great stay! Elevator, nice size room and comfortable bed, quiet, nice updated bathroom with heated towel rack and walk-in shower. Lovely area of the city.

Misleading descriptions and photos makes this average to below average hotel in the favorable La Marais area of Paris to appear to be something that it is not. If you are just looking for a bed and a place to store your luggage, then you might be OK. If, however, you are looking for any hint of luxury or amenities, this is NOT your best choice. Unfortunately, we passed many other options throughout our travels in this area that would have been far more attractive for the same price. I think this was a case of previous travelers being kind and Expedia and the hotel itself presenting the hotel in a way that exaggerated reality. The best I can say about our experience is that the staff did their best to make a dingy and tired property seem inviting, but in the end, the experience fell well short of what you might expect for $300/per night. And was about more than the typical tiny rooms. From the front of the hotel, to the lobby area, to the cargo-style elevator, to the worn decor, it was just an overall disappointment given the marketing hype that sold us on the hotel. Thankfully, the rest of our activities in Paris were wonderful and we only used the hotel as storage and a place to rest. So, we turned what could have been a real letdown into something we could manage. In summary, if you have other options in the price category, look elsewhere than this hotel. And cross reference any marketing you see across multiple sites to get a consensus of opinion on your selection!

The front desk people were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. We had a great time!

Location is excellent, lots of great shops and restaurants. We recommend joji right across the street. The hotel itself was nice. Not the best sound proofing but it didn’t bother us too much. Bathroom in our room was updated but the room itself could use fresh coat of paint. Staff were excellent . Overall we would stay there again, especially for the location.
