Clean and practical

We stayed for two nights, basically we just want a place to sleep and rest. It was a terrible and awful experience stayed in 6th floor (top floor) there was a loud and vibrating sound maybe it’s a generator. Sounds like a running machine that we did not get to rest and sleep. Staff said they can’t do anything about it, which is true and not their fault. The room is spacious and clean but our top priority is the comfort. It’s ruined and vacation because we had sleepless nights. Wasted of money and time.

Air conditioning not working in first room but manager very good and moved us to one where it worked plus loaned us a new electric so we could make tea Good refrigerator in room also

Everything was good except the wifi was very very weak, nothing barely opened. Also was a bit noisy during night time because of the bar/restaurant on the ground floor.

An excellent hotel - facilities, rooms, dining etc., but location in surrounding area not attractive, BUT good location for access to Barcelona and Monserrat. The Staff are very obliging and the Reception Staff were really wonderful - so helpful and courteous, and could produce whatever was requested! Fantastic!

Nice and comfortable hotel located at walking distance from Terrassa downtown. Helpful and friendly staff at the lobby. Excellent attention and customer care in both the restaurant and bar. Strongly recommended.

The overall stay was okay. The garage is not connected directly to the hotel by elevator, and one must enter-exit externally . . . just a little unusual. Good breakfast.

The experience was lovely but feel the rooms could have tea/coffee facilities instead of keep going down stairs to ask for this

This is a great choice for the area and a 15 minute walk from the town center. The rooms are clean and the stay is very convenient for the cost.
