The property could be in the sea, however, that would be silly so they built it 10 meters from the sea. Could not be closer considering there is a paved walkway along a parade of lovely restaurants and then a small sitting wall and then 5 meters of sand between you and the waves. Beautiful. The various reception staff were so friendly and all full of local knowledge and advice. One helpful gentleman actually lived a few feet away in an adjoining block of flats, breakfast served by the charming and energetic Sylvina. Continental - but meats, cheese, several flavoured yogurts, fruit salad, a variety of pastries and beautiful croissants. Toast DIY and the tastiest coffee from a proper machine. What more does one need? The rooms had decent aircon which, when walking around in the 30's outside temperature, it was a welcome return to a cool bedroom. There is one small criticism. They supply a small fridge to keep your drinks and water cold. However it is wired into the room lighting power circuit. So when you remove your key card fromthe breaker near the door, it turns off all power to the room, including the fridge. So get a second keycard to leave in the little circuit breaker slot and just make sure you turn off all other power like lights, tv and chargers. One of the loveliest hotels I have ever stayed in. Near at least 20 restaurants, short walk to both standard bus routes and tour or city sightseeing open top busses. Including drop and collection to & from airport.

Great location, fabulous sitting in the hotel bar overlooking the sea. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was continental, I didn't enjoy having to queue to be served tea and toast, would have liked some fresh fruit. Otherwise no complaints, a very enjoyable stay

Great location, lovely large room with excellent bathroom and a wonderful view from the balcony, a little noise from the bar downstairs but that used to be me making the noise a couple of years ago. Not good for people like me with walking problems due to the stairs and I had to drag luggage into the hotel but leaving very helpful lady on reception did assist me. The breakfast was more than adequate and a final cup of coffee taking to my balcony was a bonus. A special word of praise for the young lady in the breakfast room very very helpful and started my day off well. A good hotel in a fantastic place, great time

The hotel is beachfront. Staff is the key to this hotel's excellence. The breakfast server each morning was bright, cheerful so a great way to start the morning. The front desk & housekeeping staff were also excellent. It's a hidden gem. The hotel is also newly renovated so it added to our 2 week stay very enjoyable.

What a great little hotel. We had a lovely seaview room and it was right on the beach, good brekky and very helpful happy staff.

Had an amazing stay here closest to the beach I have ever been great restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Rooms were spotless and breakfast was more than enough. The pillows for me were a little firm but had a great 3 night stay.

Quiet area within easy reach of Lavante and Poniente beaches.

The hotel could not be beat for beach location -- right outside the front door! Along with that quick access, however, came the street and activity noise until late into the night since there are restaurants and shops directly below the hotel. Breakfast was marginal although served with a smile and staff was helpful, providing us an electric teapot to heat water in our room. Although a free public parking area was available approx. 400yds across a main road, the hotel provided gated and secured parking for an additional 5euros/night for easy vehicle access during stay. Rooms were sizable and extremely clean with a moderate sized balcony if you had a view room. There was no easy access for physically disabled; steep stairs at all entrances. The town and alternate beach area meant a bit of uphill walking although buses were conveniently available for a moderate cost.

Spent 2 nights here to meet up with relatives.Good location on quiet side of Benidorm. Parking on street close by.Lots of restaurants and bars and supermarket opposite hotel.Good 1 hour walk into Benidorm but there is a bus stop 2mins from the hotel. Nice touch in room were tea and coffee making facilities.

Perfect for a long weekend away! Staff were lovely and friendly. It was very central for la cala area. Our flight wasn't until late, so they have a bathroom and shower for you to get ready in. Could not fault them. Hotel lovely and clean. Only thing was the double room was 2x singles pushed together. Would visit again and recommend. About an hour walk over hill and along the beach to Benidorm centre. Great for couples of all ages!

Gem of a hotel, right next to beach. Spotlessly clean with refurbished contemporary rooms. We stayed in one that overlooked the beach and had a super balcony. Great Chinese restaurant on the way up to the shopping centre.

The entrance and exit to the car park is terrible. The car slipped going up the hill and coming down was awful.

Het hotel is uniek dicht bij de zee gelegen. Hele mooie baai, goede restaurants op loopafstand. Het hotel is heel schoon, vriendelijk personeel, lekker ontbijt en fijne, ruime kamer met balkon.
