Great staff, rooms nice and clean, maybe a bigger TV in the room.

Lobby probably the most amazing i have seen in my long life I love the lobby There was an issue at check in. The man at check in was very helpful and corrected the wrong payment promptly The hotel is walkable from bbu airport and talks 15 to 20 minutes. Not walkable from opt I dont think I walked 2am and felt safe in the area as flight was late and everyone scrambling for taxis Room was spacious shower would benefit from a modernisation Lots of channels on tv in English an unexpected gift

The hotel was excellent overall. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The breakfast menu was fresh, tasty, and offered good options to start the day. The workspace was quiet and suitable for my needs, making the hotel a very good choice for business travel.

We only stayed one night and the staff was very friendly, english speaking and helpful with transportation. But it is a dated hotel that is over represented in the photos. The room furnishings were very old and the a/c-heater did not work. The dials on it were missing and the none of the controls did anything. The toilet dripped water making the dripping sound all night. The safe did not function.

This is by far the single worst place I have ever stayed at. For starters there was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom vanity, and this was at both rooms, we complained and nothing happened. the hotel was extremely dirty and very old, the carpet is stained all around. I also put some clothes for laundry service, it took 3 days ( which was my entire stay at the hotel) and when I asked for the laundry I was told it was the weekend and they don't do laundry till Monday (which was the day I checked out) One staff memner helped me and assured me that my laundry would be returned to the hotel by 7 am either washed or not. I only got 2 garments out of nearly 15 or 16 garments, so I had to check out and leave without them. I strongly advice that Expedia should not associate with this hotel anymore as it only diminish Expedia's reputation, and this is just my humble opinion

Good for business purpose

The staff was extremely polite and professional. Best experience I’ve had in a Romanian hotel! Rooms are large, bedding very comfortable. Bathrooms need a bit of TLC but water pressure was perfect and they are very clean. Breakfast was bountiful and healthy. Overall amazing stay.

Great location! Friendly staff and amazing breakfast options! We’ve been here 3 times as we like it here and highly recommend! The decor is quite unique with lots of opportunities for some interesting photos.
