This place is Gorgeous, Friendly and well worth the drive. Couldn’t have been more perfect.

Bad service and poor installations

Breakfast menu was poor, only place in my two week trip that eggs and orange juice (not from concentrate) were not available. Room was ok.

A good centre for touring Cantabria. Breakfasts adequate with a number of good restaurants within easy reach. The staff, in particular Azulcena (I hope I've spelt her name correctly), were very friendly and helpful. The hotel would benefit from regular TLC and guests would enjoy tea/coffee making facilities in their room or lounge rather than paying the staff to provide these. In view of the hotel's rural position it ought to be very quiet but the village's dogs and other animals spoilt the tranquillity. Unfortunately, the hotel can not do anything about this.

Lovely place. Simple and does the job. Roma very hot if middle of summer and no ac or fans. Nice gardens and pool. Friendly staff.

Hotel looks really well and probably deserves it stars.. We were put in the annex which we were very disapointed with. Quite claustrahobic with small low window. The booking we had made and was confirmed was supposed to have a balcony. The room looked nothing like the photis. If we had realised what we were getting for 110 euro we certainly would have gone elsewhere. I was particularly disappointed that we were not allowed to park our motorcycle in the large secure courtyard even when we asked.. in fact the man checking us out couldn't understand why we were sent to the public area along the road. A lesson in don't believe in everything that is written.

The only criticism I would have is the claim to offer free parking. They have plenty of space in their courtyard but prefer to keep it empty. The free parking is a communal car park close by which does not offer the security suggested and required us to empty the care completely and carry our cases upstairs. The staff were extremely helpful but lsck of spanish on our part did cause confudion over a recommended restaurant for dinner. We never mansged to find it.the room and bathroom were immaculate. We would highly recommend this family hotel. .

The hotel is a beautiful building. There is no restaurant at the hotel but there is a good bar/restaurant a short walk away. Good location for exploring the area.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Hotel; large spacious & tastefully decorated rooms- the beds were extremely comfortable. The wifi was a very weak connection and this maybe due to the hotel's location.

Rustig gelegen, mooi gebouw, leuk dat er een zwembad was. Heel vriendelijk onthaal. Ontbijt is optioneel maar zou ik niet aanraden. Leuke restaurantjes in het dorpje op een paar honderd meter. Ideaal voor een paar nachten verblijf op doortocht.

Un alojamiento en un enclave increíble, el mismo alojamiento contaba con un jardín increíble a parte de la propia decoración que estaba a un nivel superior combinando lo rustico con un estilo moderno. Recomendable 100%

séjour d'une nuit très agréable avec accueil excellent. Chambre très propre comme la salle de bains. Petit point négatif :une seule grande serviette pour 2 !!! Nous y reviendrons

Joli hôtel style un peu ancien, personnel agréable. Manque la climatisation surtout comme nous qui étions dans les combles (Heureusement que nous avons eu de l'orage qui a refroidi le temps. La piscine un peu sale. Un peu retiré de tout.

El entorno es tranquilo y el palacio es precioso. Aunque cabe destacar, que las habitaciones necesitan un arreglo. El personal muy atento y simoaticos. La chica que nos atendió el día del registro, nos acompañó a nuestra habitación. Me pareció todo un detalle.
