Great location for central Watford. Despite being next to the main road, the rooms were quiet. Didn’t use any of the facilities

Sadly only one person on the desk so long queue. Did not tell me to put my car reg in the iPad......... overall hotel very clean and pleasant stay and near all amenities.

Loved my night at the hotel. Location was perfect. Bed comfy and rooms was clean. I was checked in by a nice lady however she gave me zero eye contact which is a shame, I currently work in a 4 star hotel and know how important it is to give the customers eye contact. I was given my key and nothing was explained to me or where the lifts are etc I had to ask all these questions.

Stayed 2days for the harry potter tour and the hotel was perfect for it. Close to trains buses and a big shopping centre just opposite hotel which has everything. Hotel is spotless .. staff friendly .. rooms clean and big. Breakfast was lovely aswell. Cant recommend this hotel enough. Definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed my and the staff was really good & professional despite having to deal with inebriated football fans with a colourful language when I checked in.

I requested for a higher floor room which is quiet and they gave me just that! They had lots of options on the food menu and they left some tasty chocolate cookies on the desk. Everything was clean and furnished nicely. There’s vending machine with some nice options. It’s very pretty looking inside, the elevators and all around. I really enjoyed my stay :)

Great room and bar and staff However several of the "hot" buffet breakfast items were cold.

Good hotel, close to Watford Junction (with easy access to the Warner Brothers Studios/Harry Potter shuttle bus, and public transportation to/from downtown London and to/from Heathrow). A nice traditional English breakfast (extra fee required) in buffet style as well. Highly recommend.

Great stay and the staff where amazing with our needs extremely helpful.

They upgraded our room on arrival. I assume this was because the room was available. Either way, a welcome surprise, and the service/hotel was great!

Great hotel in a great location

Easy checking and had an early check in which was very convenient. Room was comfortable and clean.

Comfortable and clean hotel room. No parking on site, but discounted parking available 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

There is a lot of building work going on adjacent to the hotel which spoils the experience

Had to change rooms because of faulty Aircon. Also, I asked for a double room and was placed in a triple room which I was unhappy about.

The hotel building is nice, however our experience wasnt great- very cold room, where heating didn't work, we were moved but that was an inconvenience. In the evening, we went down to have a drink and some food and were told the wait was 40 mins, thats a long time but we thought we'd wait, we went up about 20-30 mins later to book the table and the lady said we could sit down but then dissapeared to the bar. We ended up just getting food elsewhere. At this time other guest were complaining about food wait times as well. I just think they were very short staffed which doesnt provide a great experience to guests.

Great stay would recommend

Easy to check in and out. An average hotel/room. But needed a little TLC, bed post was chipped, heaters/AC wasn't working. Very cold room. Room service didn't arrive till 3pm. Very late.

I'd booked a double plus single room as I wasn't sure if I'd bring my daughter. When we arrived and checked in, I'd been moved to a double room with no bath and dripping shower. I questioned this as I'd specifically booked the room with 2 beds. The manager stated that this was because I'd booked a a single traveller. Once we added my daughter into the booking I was moved to a king room, as they had given my room booking to someone else.

Bright, modern, clean & friendly (with an excellent breakfast)
