The handicapped bathroom in the room we stayed in was a bit grungy. The bench wouldn't stay up in the shower and it has seen better days. I didn't request a handicapped accessible room.

Loved everything about this hotel. Clean, friendly staff. Good breakfast. Very helpful. Even gave my dog a treat. Always checked in with us daily to see how everything was going and to see if we needed anything. Highly recommend.

This hotel has the craziest rules about stupid things but then did nothing in areas that actually mattered. My husband and I have a tradition of ordering Ben and Jerry’s ice cream pints to be delivered to our hotel when we first check in. We have been married 15 years and stay in a hotel 3-4 times a year. We have ALWAYS done this. As I’m checking in, my order comes and the person at the front desk said, “we don’t allow ice cream in the room.” At first, I thought she was joking. Then, she told me she was not allowed to let me go up to the room with the ice cream. Are you kidding me!? She literally took the ice cream and wouldn’t let me take it to the room. I travel for work, my daughter is in travel competitive dance, and my son does travel baseball. None of us have ever encountered this rule and I think it is absolutely ridiculous. I’ll admit this soured my opinion on the place from the get go, but none of the staff were friendly. At the pool that night, however, there were over 30 kids being crazy and rowdy (jumping in the pool with pizza, shooting water guns at everyone

Air conditioner in room was broken first night staff was super polite and moved me to another room the next day when I notified them. Was moved to a somewhat odd room with no carpet and a linoleum floor was sort of odd but a wonderful facility nonetheless

I had two rooms. My room (#320) was fine. Unfortunately, the 2nd room was a HUGE problem. Both my Son and grandchildren suffer from Acute Chronic Asthma in addition to my Daughter in Law lives with Lupus. Both medical issues were aggravated with faulty AC unit in room # 312. They called to complain that Friday evening once checked in/settled. It was checked and assumed that cold air was blowing out, much to their dismay with was not working throughout the night. Room temps climbing to almost 78 degrees overnight. They did not want to wake me to follow up with the front desk-thinking that I needed to follow up. Once morning came, my son notified me of the issue. Front desk said that the Tech would be in by 9am and we would know something by 10am. In the meantime, I requested that they be moved to another room. I was told that nothing would be available until after noon. They chose to go to the pool to wait it out. After a few back and forth with the tech confirming that to AC needed to be replaced, they were moved to room # 318. Unbeknownst to me, that this delay resulted in a hospital visit, my granddaughter needing a nebulized treatment. What should have been a good weekend was far from that.

The hotel staff was very good. The rooms were clean and wells stocked with towels and bath accessories. I was disappointed with the breakfast, oatmeal re.oved from menu, sausage patties were too dry on Friday morning, not enough bananas put out.

Very unfriendly hotel, always calling police for the guests in the hotel, my wife was at a point wanted us to check out into a nearby hotel, but given that I have been a member of Hilton Honors for more thank 2 decades, I had to calm her down. The experience was very horrifying, when they evicted an Autistic child, his siblings and parents with almost four police men, all efforts to plead with the management was proved unsuccessful. I have never seen a Hilton brand hotel like this in my entire lifetime. I recommend Hilton Honors to remove their name brand on this hotel or alternatively remove all the management and staff of that said hotel. Very horrible NOT recommended for any serious traveller.

They overbooked the hotel and did not have the double queen suite I booked two months prior nor the king room my sister requested so they downgraded her to a double room. They were poorly managed and the police were already on the premises kicking other guests out and management talking loudly and rudely to other guests. They also had absurd rules about no cake being allowed in the hotel. Really strange. We obviously chose to stay elsewhere.

The rooms we booked werent available. We had to cancel. They said Hilton overbooked them. Staff had several issues with other guests while we were there. Handled unprofessionally. We had to go to another hotel.
