The Hotels.com ad is false/misleading. There is no laundry here and the 'gym' is a joke. A room in poor condition with 1 piece of equipment and a treadmill that doesn't look like it works. I didn't sleep much because of noise within the building and from outside, including lots of planes. Allergy problems too in the room. Plus the wifi didn't work. Good example of why I only book 1 night at a time when traveling to new places!

Central location for our needs.

It was a great central location. My room was clean and spacious. The staff was amazing.

Great place for a one night or longer stay in a nice, safe, and quiet neighbourhood, in a walking distance from many BA attractions. It's not a Trump-style-gold-toilet place, but for, normal people, just perfect. We stayed there after arrival to BA and a few days later the night before boarding a cruise and I am just about to book another night after the cruise.

Wry average hotel. Staff was friendly but property was somewhat rundown.

I was not allowed to check in due to the government’s Coronavirus mandate. Looked like a nice hotel. The clerk was very apologetic. The hotel is located in a business district.

Great location, great staff, and a huge amount of space for a very reasonable price. I paid less than $90 a night for an apartment with a large living area with dining table and office, a bedroom, closet area, bathroom and kitchen. Lots of shopping nearby, including a supermarket

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Staff iv very friendly and responsive. I miss the continental beakfast that this facility used to provide.

This was a great, simple, no-frills place to stay. Clean rooms, good location. But I'm here to comment on the incredibly helpful and friendly front desk staff -- I brought them a ton of little demands (needed a power adapter, needed to print something, etc) and they were wonderful. I'd stay there again without hesitation.

The apartment was very nicely renovated/updated and the layout was great; the staff were also very nice and helpful. The most notable downside was that the sliding door on the bedroom was very difficult to move. The "furnishing" ofthe kitchen was also pretty sparse--it would have been nice to at least have paper towels. Overall, we really enjoyed it.

Great and clean property. Only downside is the bathroom needs an upgrade. The toilet seat was damaged and the shower needs an upgrade

Staff on desk were amazing! Room was clean but basic. No furniture on balcony. We were there 9 nights and never saw a breakfast at all, let alone like the one pictured. Great location.

The location is great: in the hearth of Recoleta, close to shopping and good restaurants, at this same time quiet, on a side street with almost no traffic. The condition of the apartment is a mixed bag. We had the apartment on the 9th floor. Many places need repainting. The balcony door didn't close - it had been damaged in many places with no sign of repair attempt. The safe didn't work (electronics), so we were finally given the hard key to use it. The water in the toilet kept running all the time. The little kitchenette had just two sets of utensils and plates (literally two of each) and no pots or pens (we asked for some and got two pens). This proved to be not a big deal as we were mostly eating out or buying salad ingredients and other cold items. All the staff were very kind and friendly, willing to help although a bit forgetful at times. AC works great and it is very quiet and effective. At the end of the day, despite the little inconveniences our impression of the place was good. There are many small grocery stores in the area, with a larger one just 60 m from the hotel on the Ave Heras. We would highly recommend buying fresh fruit and vegetables in the local produce stores - great quality, prices, many places in close proximity.

this hotel promised to have airport shuttle through hotels.com listing, and is the reason why I chose it. When I called the hotel, they told me that there’s not an option. The best they can do is call a cab. My shower flooded within minutes of starting my shower - the water extended into the bedroom. The WiFi does not work in the room at all - might as well not offer it. It was very noisy. I doubt anyone would want to dip into the pool - the photo is not what the current condition is. Overall, very bare minimum and disappointing.

Thankfully this was a one night transit. While the night manager was lovely the room was in need of some love. It was basic at best. Airconditioner from the next room kept my husband awake, balcony door had all locks removed (was secured by fenced area) and the deal breaker was the cold shower. After 15 minutes my husband got some warm water. Cancelled our next transit.
