Everything was great for our family. We had the room with a separate living room with pullout bed so that worked out well for us. Only thing was that both of the fridges were freezing temperatures and we couldn't seem to change it so our stuff got frozen.

The Westin was a great place to spend the night. It is a hotel with an exceptional reputation and traveling all over the US, my first choice of stay is at a Westin. The only disappointment was that it is downtown but my wife and I walked around quite a bit and there were no restaurants/bars in the area at all.

Great location, near all the old town tourist locations, very close to good restaurants. Stay on higher floors or else you will hear the traffic and road noises from the window.

The hotel and room were both very clean, the in-room breakfast delicious, the staff very courteous, valet parking a bit disorganized when we arrived, but way better when we were leaving. My only complaint is the fact that this time we were in the St-Jacques tower portion of the hotel and it is extremely confusing and complicated to find your way with the elevators etc. not well explained or indicated.

We arrived on Friday 7/3 and after checking in we went to the room to put our stuff away and grab a quick shower before exploring the town. We noticed there was no body wash. On our way out we informed the staff and they confirmed it will be there ASAP. Next morning we found out body wash never made it. So we informed the staff again finally we got it on the next day. Front staff always acted like it is a hassle. Our room was not clean once during our 3 night stay. The never took the trash nor clean the bathroom . So overall the hotel was ok

Staff were extremely helpful and very keen to help.

Staff very helpful when an unexpected travel delay occurred to allow for my roommate to check-in at the correct time and provided me a roomcard when I arrived after midnight. The pool hot tub was very nice after long day. The restaurant staff were very polite, the food was delicious and when asked for the dessert recommendations they were able to provide good description of the flavours which helped me make my choice.

Room was wonderful. Breakfast was amazing.

When you stay at Le Westin you should stipulate a room without carpeting. They have great rooms with solid surface flooring that does not catch and retain odors. My wife has allergies and unfortunately they were not able to accommodate our request. She was a bonvoy member and this did not help.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of Old Montreal. Everything we wanted to see and do was within walking distance, and the neighborhood felt charming, vibrant, and safe. We stayed in a room with two double beds, which was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The bathroom was spotless, and the room was well equipped with everything we needed. Overall, this was a fantastic experience. If we return to Montreal, this hotel will be our first choice.
