The staff were friendly, smiling, and genuine, including the receptionists and housekeepers. It's a shame there was no one to assist with luggage; they left the children to carry it themselves. Most importantly, ***it was very dangerous! My daughter got a cut to her toe from a broken tile in the children's pool. Upon inspection, there were several cracked tiles, yet the pool was still open for use.*** The hotel seems to have been around for several years. 1. The location is quiet, which might be ideal for the last day of a trip. Getting around requires U-turns and careful planning if you want to go elsewhere. 2. The rooms seem to have been renovated to some extent; the air conditioner was leaking water, and the bathroom curtains were old and moldy. 3. The breakfast selection was limited, and the taste was average to bland.

Enjoyed my stay, good price, great facilities, friendly staff, very helpful, would recommend if you want to be out of the hustle and noise of the central part of Pattaya.

Pros - Good location, right on the beach, but swimming is not allowed, which I already knew. Cons - Late check-in because the room hadn't been cleaned yet (2:40 PM). We had to check in three times before we got our room, and then an extra bed was added at 4:00 PM. - Got a connected room, but the soundproofing wasn't good, so we could hear people talking. - Toilet paper wasn't refilled, and the cleaning wasn't good. The shelves weren't wiped down. - Breakfast wasn't replenished fast enough, even glasses and spoons. The food was low quality (sausage and ham). Not worth the 200 baht per person price. - No activities at all, except for the swimming pool.

The staffs are very nice and friendly. The room is clean, the bed is soft, and the food is delicious, but the Wi-Fi is a bit slow.

The room is spacious and has a sea view that is quite good. However, the restaurant in the morning is very crowded. The food is not served fast enough for the diners. We have to wait a bit. Overall, this place is more suitable for families. I didn't play in the pool or take pictures because there were a lot of children. It might not be suitable for couples.

Worst hotel I stay ever. That's staff so annoying. I reach 1 pm and I can check in 5. More than 4 hour I wait in reception desk. They say me room not ready yet. It's waste of money

Nice place, good scenery, however it is far from the Pattaya city. If you look for serenity, this is the hotel you look for.

The place is very beautiful, private, the pool is beautiful and there is a kid pool too. Very good.

The staff is ok, upgraded the room to sea view. Good atmosphere, beautiful view, but the breakfast is very bad compared to hotels with this price range.

Beautiful place, quiet, peaceful, suitable for relaxation. Full facilities. Good service staff, came to pick up the car, helped carry stuff, smiled and spoke politely. The room was spacious, the sea view was beautiful. Recommended. Near Bangkok, not expensive.
