Only the receptionist [Miss Darurah @ Noraini] and the security Mr. Fato were helpful and friendly. Other staff were not welcoming and didn't have customer service knowledge. Bad experience communicating with the kitchen lady. However, the hotel landscape is good but needs to be upgraded. Location is very good, near to amenities, food, etc.

There is the first resort that I seen in Ao Nang,I been there many time but I has no chance to stay. This time was a great time to stay because of nice weather, nice staff, and such a beautiful room in Romantic sweet set up.

Good little narrow room But the atmosphere is good

They don't clean the swimming pool at all. Smelly room. No water heater. Toilet flush broke down. Shower water was cold and full of chloride smell.

Located in a good location, even without the sea. The pool area is good atmosphere. But the room is not clean as it should. The bathroom is very bad Because it is a semi outdoor.
