Definitely not a 4 star hotel, it's really basic, no WiFi in rooms, no fridge with anything in, no spa or pool or anything to do here in the evenings. The rooms are clean but the bathroom's pretty grim. The walls are very thin, we can hear the next room's telly like it's in our room. You can hear people in the hallway very clearly. Breakfast is basic too, with a selection of breakfast meats and cheese, not fresh pastries and a crappy coffee machine with no fresh coffee. Not 4 star at all. One of the staff members is really nice and helpful one of the receptionists is rude and doesn't talk really. Has shampoo and body wash sachets, a tiny soap and 1 shower cap in the bathroom which isn't ideal. The area is not very pedestrian friendly, it's also a pain to get to anywhere via public transport as no one knows when the buses will turn up. You kinda need a car but the traffic during spring to summer months is heavy and driving is chaotic to say the least. The beach is really nice though with lots of bars etc and music.

My family and I stayed here recently, at first we were not sure about it but we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful especially when our train got cancelled and they did their absolute best to help us, special mention to Leila and Valentina! the only bad things about it was that the plug points are different and dont fit regular EU plugs and that the hotel is a bit far from the city, 30 minutes in a car but the hotel gives a discounted taxi service, Andrea and Juliano were especially good for us, Juliano acted like a tour guide for us and was really helpful. There is a really nice restaraunt called mamma rosa right beside the hotel and also the beach is only a 10 minute walk!

Poor description of hotel location to naples and amenities Staff very helpful simple breakfast but plenty choose from Inc cake. Shower mount broken no cold fridge if using shower same time other occupants shower goes cold, air con not in use 26c heat. TV in italian taxi 60 euro to naple 1 way bus 3-5each way metro easy once familiarise routes. Restaurants around corner from hotel from cafe to fancy restaurant to sushi buffet...

The hotel is ok, but our expectations for 4star wouldn't match. Little bit outdated, but working, sockets old, modern eu adaptor doesn't fit. LOCATION TERRIBLE! Public transport like trains and metro are fine but far away. You can't trust buses, taxi is expensive. If you are going as a family, there is nothing to do with kids in a hotel. NO SWIMMING POOL! Or outdoor lounge. Only the beach as an option is great nearby, sea beautiful, clean. Staff are great, cleaning service is great, and breakfast is simple, ok. Nearby great fruit market, shop, pizzeria, burger king.
