The staff at this hotel are very helpful and friendly, especially Sophie, who's absolutely lovely. It's in a quiet, safe neighbourhood just a 5 or 10 min from a shopping centre and metro station. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone.

Convenient location

Absolutely wonderful. The staff was so amazingly helpful. Room is huge; bed comfortable. We loved our stay and highly recommend.

Hotel was in a quiet part of Budapest, air con in the room was a blessing. Staff were friendly room was a little small but clean. Room had fridge which was great in scorching weather.

A brilliant hotel with excellent staff members who helped us feel welcome and offered services to us such as booking airport transfer. Spacious clean room with great AC and facilities.

This hostel was just off the centre of Budapest, but there were still plenty of little cafes and bars, it was just a 10-15 minute easy walk from Deak Ferenc, the centre transport area. It was lovely and clean and rooms are set around a little courtyard. Staff were very helpful and our room had great facilities including air conditioning, a safe and a kettle for hot tea and coffee. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

There was too many stairs, staff were rude. We left earlier as two people in there 60's couldn't handle the stair especially with heavy suitcases and have severe back problems

The room was a bit worn - doors and furniture in need of some renovation/repair, but otherwise I have no complaints. Room was cleaned daily, bed was comfortable and windows opened. A quiet residential type of neighborhood with nearby coffee shops, restaurants and delis. The room would not be updated enough for some but it didn’t bother me, especially for the price. FYI you do have to climb a short flight of stairs to get to reception. All staff was helpful and can get your laundry done for a fair price. When I first arrived, I was a bit unsure as it was dark on the street and the signage wasn’t clear. You are buzzed in and walk up the stairs to reception so you need to handle your bags I felt very safe- you need a key to access the outside door, then again to access the hallway and again to get into your room. I would definitely return.
