We stayed here for several days and the proximity to the bus for travel into Old Town Dubrovnik was very easy. The room was beautiful and bed very comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our 5th floor balcony. Restaurant called Piramida was just a short walk down the hill and was so delicious we ate there 4 times. Breakfast was beyond outstanding from made to order omelettes, fresh breads, fruits and delicious meats. So much variety! Lots for families from what we could see. Just an excellent experience all the way!

Nicely situated hotel outside of Old Town Dubrovnik. Many amenities. Only thing is if you have to go to bed before 10pm, request a room that isn’t over the main reception/and bar area since music is played and the bar closes at 11pm. Hotel has incredible breakfast options included.

Late check in went very smoothly. Amazing breakfast buffet, comfy beds no fitted sheets so the sheet went everything during the night. Also, screen in shower is too small and resulted into flooding half the bathroom. Lovely location on the water and quiet area, far from the bustle of old town Dubrovnik.

The location is not very good, you need to take uber all the time. Other then that, everything is perfect, especially the breakfast and the swimming pool.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and with a great balcony and view. The included breakfast buffet was delicious and had many options. The pools were really nice and the beach at the neighbouring hotel was incredible.

The property was located in an excellent area and bus no.6 is cross the street to take you to old town. The bus tickets could be purchased in the hotel and it was really easy and convenient to access the old town without a car. The dining options are excellent, breakfast was included and had excellent choices and options. Really impressed with the whole experience at Valamar Lacroma Hotel. We also had access to the beach in the sister hotel President and the service and staff was excellent throughout the property. Highly recommend this hotel. 10 out of 10 ratings.

Property was beautiful! Great restaurants and an amazing view.

Great place but the room we stayed in on the 3rd floor has no privacy we couldn’t even open the windows because everyone outside could see in the room.

The hotel was lovely. So glad we had a sea view. Breakfast was good and the buses into the old town leave from just around the corner and run every 10 minutes

Excellent modern hotel, lots of activities for kids - the Maro World centre is brilliant (games, trampolines, soft play, video games, Lego, etc) and the pool options are great. Breakfast buffet also excellent. Lots of food options round the hotel and neighbourhood. Easy access to Dubrovnik Old Town area via bus or taxi. (Get the Dubrovnik pass)

Towels were old and torn. Room was fine but beside housekeeping room. So every morning we were awakened by the noise of the housekeepers — they were talking loudly and dropping linen bags in spite of my DND sign
