Clean rooms, staff, shuttle bus

We are senior citizens who travel extensively. This hotel gets top marks from our recent stay. Our room was very clean & tidy. The staff were very courteous. The free breakfast was terrific! We travel to Calgary on a regular basis. This hotel will now be our "go to" for accomidation in Calgary from now on.

There is a slight musty smell as there are massive renovations going on. One elevator was down for servicing and the other one was very slow and shuddered before stopping at most floors. Rooms are dated. Staff were great. Breakfast was good but they should offer real butter for bread

Courteous staff....great shuttle service!!

The staff were friendly the only disappointing thing was they did not have parking for extended trip and did not offer the free voucher for breakfast I guess you now have to prebook your parking and not all bookings include breakfast anymore like they use to. They did give us a voucher for breakfast when we were obviously disappointed having to utilize park to go.

We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay at the Wyndham Garden in Leduc, Alberta. From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded our expectations. A special mention goes to Suzette at the front desk, who made check‑in quick, smooth, and genuinely welcoming. Her warm personality and professionalism set the tone for the entire stay. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable, answered all my questions, and provided helpful information about the hotel amenities and nearby options. It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel instantly taken care of—Suzette absolutely did! She even gave us some cookies as a welcome gesture :) The room itself was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully maintained. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spotless, and all the amenities were in perfect working order. The hotel is quiet, modern, and conveniently located, making it a great choice whether you’re traveling for work or leisure. Overall, our stay was stress‑free and enjoyable. Thanks to Suzette and the rest of the team for the exceptional hospitality. We will definitely be returning and recommending Wyndham Garden Leduc to others!

The service was very good. The room was very clean. All the extra perks were great that I got with Expedia. Thank you for the nice stay.

Staff needs better communication.. staying here several times and never an issue.. no parking was allowed.. booked a stay for 1 night and then another night coming back .. couldn’t pay for parking.. as they said they were at full capacity..asked to speak to manager and said he wasn’t gonna bother them…said he would cancel booking but didn’t get a full refund.. a huge inconvenience to start our vacation..

The staff are always friendly when checking in and out. The restaurant has great food and the servers are efficient and because this hotel is where I stay often, they recognize me and stop to say hello. The rooms are clean and have comfortable beds. The hotel has heated underground parking and as they are situated only 5 minutes from the airport, they provide a 24 hour shuttle service to it.

Clean rooms and good service from staff

The room was clean and comfortable. The flooring in the hallways were a bit noisy/creaky, and the elevator had a metal on metal grinding when the doors closed. The attached restaurant was enjoyable, although pricey. The onsite, included parking was appreciated, as was the in room coffee maker and water bottles. Our one night pre-flight was fine, for longer stays the noise level from other rooms or hallway might be a factor of concern.

Everything was excellent.

This was honestly one of the best overnight hotel stays I have ever had. Our check in was amazing with an offer of a room upgrade and a complimentary drink with our dinner at the onsite restaurant. The food was amazing. The room is very comfortable with all the extras needed for a wonderful stay. The airport shuttle was on time and quick for our flight. Amett our driver was entertaining and fun to travel with. I would highly recommend this hotel
