It was a great sleep once we got there. Staff was friendly. Amenities were great.

The renovations to the lobby are great. The space is modernized and now is vibey. The room renovation are excellent as well but the air conditioning is really noisy and we couldn’t sleep with it on

I really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely come back if we needed a location close to the airport. The hot tub was definitely the highlight, especially with the view..

I have stayed at the acclaim now, four times, and it’s always outstanding. The facilities and the rooms are wonderful, the staff is friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. And the location to the airport is perfect and the buff service is on time and wonderful.

Staff were excellent. Room was very clean and modern.

I had chosen a room designated pet friendly on the Expedia app but when I checked in the staff told me it was not pet friendly. He gave me another room that was equivalent but not updated. He was apologetic and also offered me a voucher for free drinks at their restaurant. He was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the adjoining restaurant was good and large portion. The room had a wonderful shower.

Elevators didn’t work half the time

A convenient location near the airport, especially for early flights. Everyone was very helpful!

It was the perfect location for us to stay before flying out of Calgary airport the next day. The staff were very friendly, the rooms were very clean and we enjoyed our stay

Very clean room, desk staff very helpful, onsite Italian restaurant, Pacini, is very tasty and reasonably priced, they even serve breakfast. Also had a bar/café in the lobby that opens at 5am. Laundry available for $2 for washer, $2 for one hour dryer. Shuttle will pick you up from and drop you off at your correct calgary airport terminal, less than 10 minutes away. Would not hesitate one second to stay there again.

Very nice hotel. Shuttle service to and from hotel was slick. Breakfast very good. We were in a new recently renovated room that had very nice bathroom.

Really impressed! Check in really well done. Very clean room, nice size with many amenities. Safe, fridge, Keurig coffee maker, water. Huge TV. Towels really soft. Two chairs, makeup mirror, lots of marble. Close to airport, rooftop hot tub to watch planes come in. Good restaurant (a little expensive). Cool bread bar. Nice breakfast. Shuttle to airport.

Room was cleaned everyday, rooftop patio and whirlpool were beautiful. Restaurant was great and great service
