The room was immaculate when I walked in, and it smelled clean. They will clean and wont clean the room if you ask. The showers, and shower pressure, is fantastic. This time, the WiFi worked well. The housekeeping staff was very friendly. Five stars for everything.

Horrible customer service, the luggage trolley was missing for the full stay, I had to make seven trips to my car and carry everything up by hand. I asked more than a dozen people if they could help me to find the trolley they all told me no. I will never stay here again more will I recommend anyone to stay here because of the horrible customer service and assistance by the staff.

There wasn't a check in entrance. Homeless people everywhere. I didn't even bother checking in. I choose Peppermill instead. I felt safer, by far. Bad hood

Good location, right by a walking track close to freeway on and off .best gelato I’ve ever had

Water wasn’t hot

The shower water pressure was amazing. The only complaint I would have is that you can hear people walking in the room above you.

Amazing room for the price. Room was great, no microwave but beautiful bathrooms. The check in lobby was a bit smoky for my tastes but better than many casinos in the area. Great easy on and easy off the freeway.

Check in was not welcoming or friendly. Room was clean but the refrigerator was not on and when turned on smelled like smoke or burning so we turned it back off. Unable to chill food and drinks we had brought with us. We had a show to go see so we did not have time to call and wait for someone to come fix it. No safe in the room. Dining at Bellini’s was hot or miss with service. Our first server was not great. We went back later after the show and our second server was awesome! Older gentleman, very nice - I think his name may have been Corey? Food was what you would expect from a cafe. We would most likely not stay here again, regardless.

Small and quality

The gambling was great. The room had a few flaws. The fridge had no freezer which I always want. The sink was slow draining and the shower was very little water pressure which was because of shower head I think. There were tiny bugs on floor around baseboards which not sure why because room was clean. Otherwise stay was fine.
