Staff was very nice. We were able to check in early due to returning from our cruise that morning. Overall great experience. Only dislike was a very strong cigarette smell throughout the hotel lobby.

It was very comfortable and close to the airport. Good choice. Check-in was a breeze with no hassles as I pre booked with Hotels.com and everything was prepaid. Excellent service Hotel.com. Room was comfortable plus the breakfast......Good service.

Nice place to stay for overnight stay with shuttle to/from the airport. **note the shuttle times for availability. Not a 24 hr shuttle service. Buffet breakfast was good with plenty of options and clean. Easy check-in/out.

The property itself and the staff were great but the area around did not make me feel safe.

Perfect for overnight layovers

We loved that the property was walking distance to food and shopping options. The neighborhood felt safe. It was difficult getting airport shuttle pick up. We had to wait a long time for pick up and the reception desk who answered the phone was not super helpful or friendly. Otherwise, the breakfast was delicious and convenient, and we loved the fact that they organize a shuttle to the cruise terminal.

Staff was very accommodating. Good location to the airport and surrounding areas. Plenty of little shopping and food in the area.
