Great staff and clean rooms. Highly recommend this hotel

The room was adequate and the staff extremely friendly.

The staff was outstanding especially Juliet. Patient, friendly and helpful. The location could not have been better with easy walking access to an unlimited number of bars restaurants and the Alhambra. Our favorite cocktail bar was just steps away. The only minor issue was that our room was a bit warm and we are unable to put on A/C in the winter

A little coffee machine in the bedroom would be a great asset. Many hotels now provide them. Great breakfasts; friendly helpful staff. A relaxing place to stay; quiet; a nice partial view of the Alhambra from my attic room - worth the stair climb!

Cozy hotel in a fantastic location. Easy to walk to most places, as well as close to the bus stops. Central atrium area and library room were lovely additional spaces to enjoy. The room was a great size, especially the bathroom. However the lighting was dim, and the wiring was chaotic - some switches operated odd combinations of lights, and one light we couldn't find a switch for at all! It became a very strange 'what's that switch' game. Also, the door lock was broken - it actually came straight out of the door!

Accommodations were fine and hotel was well situated near the cathedral (and ample shopping) but Julieta, our receptionist and concierge, was fabulous. No request was too late or too great and recommendations were fantastic.

We spent two very comfortable nights in Gar-Anat. It is located in a very old building that adds to the historical interest of a stay in Granada. It is well-located for accessing the major attractions all of which we managed on foot. We even walked to the hotel from the train station. It is a little quirky but quaintly so. Our room had steps down to the bathroom which are not ideal and might be a real issue for others. That said, the bathroom was very well appointed and spacious, The best thing about the hotel from our point of view was the helpful support we received from Julieta when our visit to the Alhambra was cancelled the night before it was due to take place. She calmly sourced an alternative and dealt with my rising concern very patiently! Top class service.

Not very a boutique hotel. Mold in the toilet and lots of humidity. Saw a few bugs. Lack of cleaning products. Cute and small. Kind of noisy though. Very central and super well located. Instructions for parking and getting there very clear. Parking super small so don’t have a big SUV. Or even a small one.

Very spacious superior room with a balcony. Comfortable bed and nicely decorated. Location is perfect, at 5 min walk from the center. Very friendly service.

We stayed here for 3 nights, what a time we had! The staff helped us with bookings for must see adventures! They made lots of recommendations for us to make the most of our time. Everything was amazing, walkable to everything we needed to see and do! Excellent property and staff- 10/10 we will definitely be back ! Louisiana, United States
