Low maintenance. The room lock suddenly broke. Extra water service is charged. Room amenities such as: no room slippers, no toothbrush, no room slippers. The in-room phone also doesn't function well.

A hotel with a strategic location, close to everything. It may look old, but it's still in good condition, and the staff are friendly.

Overall, the hotel was good. The reception staff were friendly, lovely, and had excellent service minds. However, the parking attendant wasn't very polite. I understand that parking is limited, but they should have informed customers nicely and suggested where to park. Large vehicles should also have convenient parking options to accommodate them. We arrived in an Alphard and encountered a chubby male staff member who spoke rudely, which was a disappointing experience.

The staff is really friendly but they provide us only one key card per room. It's not convenient as group traveling

The room is good. The bathroom has a bathroom threshold that is more than 5 centimeters high. Be careful not to lift your feet high when walking. You may get hurt if you kick them. The entrance to the accommodation is narrow and you can't park. Everything else is good.

Staffs are friendly, room is pretty decent, working table is quite spacy, location is great-1min walk to 7 eleven and busy street with various food stalls/restaurants/massage parlors, 15mins walk to either Sala Daeng BTS or Chong Nonsi BTS. Wifi is horible, table lamps don't work, a tiny little cockroaches running around.
