Room is very tired, rather dirty and had a terrible damp smell. There was also construction going on outside my room until 2:30am, hammering, pipes being dragged across the floor and lots of shouting - I went and spoke to the reception and they told me there was nothing they could do despite the hotel being quiet.

Beautiful hotel with lovely ambience. The room was big and beautiful and the spa experience was great!

Our room was dated with only 1 plug socket in the whole room and a broken curtain. It was comfortable and quiet though which is great. I want to give the hotel 5 stars as it has so much potential if it just made a little more effort. Tables are dirty in dining area and in bedroom but otherwise it’s a clean place. Location is perfect but swimming pool is like ice water so impossible to use. No one used the pool during our stay and all the guests complained about it.

Quiet area yet easily accessible to main attractions. We also loved being in walking distance to the mall and cinema.

While the room could use some updates and better cleanliness, the staff was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious. Their service really made the stay enjoyable.

I don’t know how it got 5 star status. Very very poor service. Staff was very money oriented and not helpful at all. When I arrived, the door man or bellboy didn’t even volunteer to get my luggage. When I checked in the girl was pushing for some gala dinner and when I asked for taxi, she said it was 25 €. Later a different receptionist told the fare to airport was 30 €. In actuality the fare from airport to hotel by registered taxi was only 13 €. When I checked in the room, there were no towels. I wanted to buy paracetamol and when asked for pharmacy the door man said we have to go in a taxi for 5 minutes to the nearest pharmacy. In actuality there was a pharmacy within 3 minutes walk in a big shopping mall. Everyone of the staff was trying to mislead us.

Nice place but thie listing needs updating as only 1 restaurant is operating and the one currently operating is a help yourself buffet of not great quality. The outside pool and pool bar are great The hotel is quite dark with movement activated lighting although much of this does not appear to work and the aircon is not great, we reported this twice but it was not dealt with It a good place to stay out of hectic Marrakech but the description needs updating

Good place if you don't want to spend a lot of money. a little out of the way. My curtain fell down in my room window facing the street. I reported it and it was never fixed, so I just had a room with an open view window. Also the hallways are dark. really dark. Their motion sensors for lighting their hallways are like (literally) on a 20 second timer so while you're walking the hallway, the lights will turn off on you. The carpets were also somewhat dirty.
