Good Breakfast Clean and big room

Great quality, easy transport links boths to airport and city centre while staff were always polite and helpful. Only negative is that there was construction going on both in the hotel and surrounding area

Tres bel hotel avec une chambre au 8eme etage qui donne une vue magnifique sur toute la ville. Hamam( un peu chaud) et sauna dispo . Machine a cafe et the dans la chambre. Parfait.

We loved our room and stay at Melia! The staff who checked us in and at the front desk were excellent. We had an incredible view and overall great stay!

The first time we stayed at Melia was during Covid which was horrible so we wanted to have a do-over. We liked the size of the room, the beds were good. But what lacked was any type of feeling at home. No coffee machine (for a 4 star hotel!), just a water cooker and some instant coffee and tea. No amenities apart from fixed Rituals shampoos and such. The most uncomfortable cheap chair to sit at the desk. The other sofa chair was not modern at all. However the location is good, close to the MUDAM and the tram that takes you into town. We walked over the bridge, it's about 25 mins to center. There is a Delhaize supermarket across the road as well as Cocottes for amazing breakfast and lunch. Cheaper than the hotel. I don't think we will be back here unfortunately.

Great hotel and very friendly staff and service. Lots of options for food, shopping, transportation to visit the city.

We stayed there for Christmas Day, staffs were very friendly and rooms are clean, suggest this place

Staff are really friendly, ideally located, comfortable beds, good showers.

Check in was easy, the hotel held oir bags for the day as got there early. Our room was lovely and we had a fantastic nights sleep in our king size bed amd our clean and tidy room. Highly recommended

Friendly concierge who upgraded us when we checked in and provided good info regarding the city. Room very spacious and loved the rituals bathroom products. Parking garage across the street was great for a low profile car if you find a spot on the ground floor which we did.

The hotel is like is in the middle of a park.

Excellent staff, very nice room and amenities. Easy to access transportation. Only ate once in the main restaurant. Excellent food and great service. Highly recommend. Good value

The room was ok, but nothing special. The service in the restaurant was slow.

Overall I would not recommend. The first room we were in the AC was broken but the staff led us to believe it was user error. So we unpacked everything (keep in mind we are also traveling with a baby so there is a lot of stuff) and went to dinner. Came back and the room was somehow hotter than before so we had to change rooms at 9pm, pack everything up and then unpack again. Baby didn’t get to sleep until close to 9:45pm that night. The beds are cheap and uncomfortable, the sheets felt cheap and scratchy. Only had instant coffee pouches (for a 4 star hotel I expect more). Aside from one woman at the front desk, the staff was not friendly and we did not feel welcome. Unfortunately they had no parking on site and so we had to use the garage which charges by the hour. On a positive note it was centrally located to the tram.

The staff was excellent. The rooms were quite large and extremely comfortable. We would absolutely come here again
