Room was very clean and staff were great. Onsite restaurant Globetrotter was just perfect!

La chambre était propre, le parking était good mais l’insonorisation de la chambre est à revoir j’entendais mes voisins parler au travers des murs et plafonds

Room on 1st floor needed some updating in its furniture & hard flooring that was damaged. Pillows were overstuffed and hard to sleep on. Otherwise the the room was clean and a decent size with 2 queen beds. Sink was outside of shower/toilet.

I recently stayed at Hôtel & Suites Le Dauphin Drummondville. It was a quick trip for me as I was travelling to see family. I was more than impressed with everything the hotel had to offer. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was great, very accommodating and patient. I expressed I do not speak French and that was handled flawlessly. I would definitely stay here again and may have to on the way home. For anybody searching for hotels in the area I would definitely recommend this specific one. The only flaw I would give was the snow removal in the parking lot. It wasn’t horrible but I felt I should find something for them to make adjustments to ensuring the business continues to grow in a positive direction

C’est un hôtel par-dessus raboutés . Ce qui fait que l’on est loin de tout .

Everything was perfect. But no free breakfast.

A good option for overnight if driving in the area. Parking is a bit disjointed but was available.
