Spacious and clean room, nice products in bath, very comfy bed and bedding. Enjoyed the coffee maker and the bottled sparkling water as well. I appreciated being able to open the window. Airport noise was not an issue for me, but others might want to leave the window closed to achieve a quiet sleeping environment.

The gym at the fifth floor didn't have a treadmill...that was quite surprising. We arrived late at night and the 2 gentlemen at the reception clearly struggled to process our arrival. My colleague was given a room that was already occupied!!! She had to run back to the reception to give her another room. I can say that I wasn't entirely satisfied with my stay

I was only there for a night, but check-in was seamless and the staff very friendly. Lovely property, well maintained. It is hard to believe that this property is a airport hotel. I didn't hear a single flight! I would love to stay again!

Check in was slow. Also, a hotel directly at an airport should have flexible checkin hours instead of fixed 3 pm

This hotel was perfection. The location was literally at the Hamburg airport. I wanted something super close for my early flight. Very friendly staff and great room.
