The staff were very enthusiastic and friendly.

The reception staff were terrible, unfriendly, and gave curt answers, treating customers like they were begging for favors. They didn't provide timely assistance and spoke to customers in a shouting tone. Basically, it was awful.

I checked in at night around 10, the check in process was fast just showing the voucher from the app and passport, the staff was friendly, the location was good, in front of the hotel was a park where people exercise and sit and relax, behind the hotel was the center of the Bui Vien walking street, there was no noise until the hotel, next to the hotel there was a circle to and also sevel, the hotel check out process was also fast, the breakfast buffet was incredibly delicious, many variations of the menu, I stayed 4 nights, the room was cleaned every day, a pleasant stay experience in ho chi minh district 1, thank you apps and Elios hotel.

Phòng hơi nhỏ nhưng sạch sẽ, các bạn nhân viên từ lễ Tân cho đến bảo vệ đều nhiệt tình, vui vẻ. Cô dọn phòng già nhưng dọn sạch sẽ và vui. Khách sạn ăn sáng ngon, nhiều món, view tầng 12 ăn sáng và uống Cf thoáng , đẹp nhìn cả thành phố. Đối diện khách sạn là công viên 23-9, tối ngồi Cf vỉa hè ở đây thú vị. Cách phố đi bộ Bùi Viện 200m đi bộ, cách chợ Bến Thành và các thắng cảnh tầm 500m-1km. Ở xung quanh cũng có nhiều quán ngon. Nói chung viết nhiều vậy vì hài lòng và có dịp sẽ quay lại ở đây.

The room was a bit smaller than I thought but the staff was extremely polite and helpful including the kitchen staff. The balcony had a fantastic view.

Reception is not friendly with Vietnamese.

It’s difference for the 02nd time I’ve been there. Bell staff are not friendly & also no supporting me with my luggages from taxi upon check in till I said to seeking their helps. Room was ok but it’s too old.
