Ficamos no conforto o ano passado e não acreditei como caiu a qualidade. Só o restaurante continua excelente. Se não fosse pelo pessoal do restaurante e pela comida daria apenas 1 estrela. Quarto-meio velho, desgastado e sem muito conforto. Recepção-nomal/indiferente Valet-chegamos mais cedo pra fazer o check in e parecia desconfiado não querendo que a gente parasse o carro. Falou que estava cheio e depois perguntamos a recepção e falaram que tinha vaga.

The hotel respected the Covid restrictions, and that made us feel safe. Breakfast was great, hotel staff friendly and room ample.

When we arrived we had to ask for another room, because the bathroom was disgusting. The new room wasn't clean yet, but a little better then the other one. Every day we ask to change the towels and sheets, sheets had holes, were stained, towels had holes, bad smell. Two days we arrived in the room and there was no towels. Walls of the shower were dirty. The corridor of our floor was always dirty. One day I woke up and there was dirty and boxes of pizza on the floor of the corridor. I told the staff and 30 mins later it was still there. The sauna was disgusting that I didn't use it. I will never recommend this hotel.

My first room was dirty from previous guest. Bed unmade, dirty dishes and empty can everywhere.

Fiquei por anos neste hotel e da minha última hospedagem em 2023 para agora mudou bastante. Quarto com aspecto de falta de capricho. Sofá sujo com marcas de molhado. Ralo do box entupido, tendo que desligar chuveiro para esperar baixar a água. Ar condicionado no 17º para parecer estar em 23º

Foi tudo certo e muito tranquilo. Como excepcional foi o atendimento de uma moça negra da recepção. Me parece que seu nome é Maurine. Ela é Queniana, muito gentil, atenciosa e muito prestativa. Fiquei encantado com o atendimento dela

Gostei bastante. Me surpreendeu uma atendente, Brasil. Maurine (uma queniana), muito atenciosa, gentil e muito carismática.

Quarto são limpos, e aconchegantes, só os travesseiros poderiam ser mais confortáveis. Cardápio do café da manhã perfeito, quem pedir algo da cozinha saiba que a comida é muito boa! Usei academia e lá da pra fazer seu treino de superiores e aeróbico!
