Great rooms. Great service

This was a REALLY nice property downtown Napa. It's in walking distance of everything! Parking was easy. My room was beautiful and the Rose at check-in was such a wonderful surprise. I will definitely come back again.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway.

This hotel is perfectly situated. So many dining options and great shopping within walking distance, and just two short blocks from the Uptown Theater. Access to the Napa River walk path is nearby, great for a morning exercise walk or stroll with morning coffee. All of the staff that we came in contact with were very friendly and helpful. I'll be back!

Great location. Easy parking.

Nust a one nighter for a winery event. The Andaz is pricey but the only place I could find that would do one night only for that night. Everything there was great.

Friendly staff that greeted us with wine upon check-in. Stayed in the Jr suite & loved how specious it was. It also came with a fire place that was super useful at night. Will definitely stay here again.

Staff was great service was great. The hotel is in downtown so its a drive off from all the vineyards but Uber are convenient.

The hotel is dog friendly and is walking distance to lots of great restaurants and Oxbow Market. Parking is also convenient.

Nice property, friendly staff, comfy room.

This is a gorgeous upper end hotel and we had a very recently updated room. But their a/c does not offer a continuous fan option and we kept waking in the middle of the night very warm. The a/c was designed to turn on when you walked by the thermostat so I kept having to get up and do that. They also didn't have a top sheet and the duvet was too warm unless the a/c was pumping. Frustrating to pay this much and not get a good nights sleep any of the three nights we were there. Other than that, it was beautiful.

Great location

Great location but room was tiny for the price. It didn't even have a chair to sit in to relax, except the desk chair. We were able to walk to everything in the downtown area. Nice entertainment in the lobby in the evening.

Very nice hotel. A little small but it works. It was clean. Upon arrival, the staff checked us in and gave us complimentary water and wine. They were very kind and helpful. We paid the daily parking fee to be able to park our car there. You don’t need to drive anywhere unless you want to go wine tasting at a winery. Most of everything you can just walk as everything is on the same street. The bar area is small and cute and there’s live music in the evening.
