Excellent experience hands down

Just okay for one night. A/C units need repair and new filters, halls need update to carpets. Staff does their best to accommodate.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Several restaurants to walk to nearby.

The Breakfast was not edible, eggs were watery, the sausage was like rubber, and the pricing was extremely to high for what we had booked

Our stay at the Comfort Inn in Hamilton was a very positive experience. The property was clean, well maintained, and offered convenient parking. While our room had a slight musty smell from the carpet, the beds were very comfortable, and everything else was clean, fresh, and well presented. The true highlight of our stay, however, was the exceptional service. Helen, who looked after guests during breakfast, was absolutely outstanding. Despite juggling multiple responsibilities, she greeted everyone with a warm smile, made each guest feel welcome, and was always ready to help. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care transformed what could have been just another overnight stay into an experience that felt worthy of a five-star hotel. It’s always remarkable when a business hires someone who naturally delivers this level of service. The best organizations not only recognize employees like Helen but foster a culture that encourages and celebrates them. She is a tremendous asset to the Comfort Inn. We would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, a good breakfast, and, most importantly, outstanding customer service. Well done, Helen, you made our stay truly memorable.

Very convenient location, parking right outside my room, nice breakfast...no just coffee and muffins...they had eggs, hash browns sausage, waffle station yogurt, fresh fruit etc...room was clean and staff were very nice

The Comfort Inn is great for those on a budget. The hotel was very clean, check in was easy. A $100 deposit was required but we got this back. We stayed on the upper floor as it was pet free. There is no elevator so you do have to use stairs to get to the second floor. The place is no smoking which we appreciated though some guests did not obey the distance rule and smoked next to their ground floor rooms. The breakfast was good and had the usual options of scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles with an assortment of cereals, etc. The location is convenient though in a corridor of businesses, The room was quiet and air conditioned which was good as the July weather was unusually warm.

Nice clean room. Great hot breakfast. Good pricing. Just know that it is 2 floors and no elevator. We enjoyed our stay.

The parking was easy. Check-in was quick and simple. The building felt safe since the front door is locked after hours and you have to be buzzed in to enter if you don’t have your key yet.
