Chất lượng buffet: ngon chất lượng - Chất lượng phục vụ: chán, ví dụ nhân viên đi chung thang máy với khách thì đông nườm nượp, nói chuyện ồn ào tạo rất khó chịu khách đi cùng, dụng cụ cơ bản thì thiếu: ví dụ như dao cạo râu không có, đến khi gọi điện thi nhạn câu trả lời: qui định thì không có trang bị ==> qua lạ so với chuẩn 4 sao - nhìu cái lặt vặt khó chịu khác nữa v.v.

The experience was great, I booked the lowest room. But when you check in, it's gone, so you upgrade to Deluxe Premium at no extra charge. Service attitude of staff is too good. 5*

Satisfied with the service of the hotel but I am not very satisfied with the hygiene. Dirty seats with needle tattoo, bed sheets stained with blood cannot be changed.

In the room book, there is a room with 1 double bed, but when checking in, it is not correct. Asked the reception again, they said to share the bed, so I was not satisfied. Everything else is ok
