We were directed to another building instead of the stated location. The unit looks like an office unit converted to a room. Ceiling is full of holes left behind by previous user. No ventilation. Window is sealed. Constantly a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. Check in time 4pm is a bit late for a hotel. Check out at 10am is even more ridiculous. Late 30 minutes charge use additional of $ 1100 won. We don't even want to argue over it. Pay and get the hell out of that place. Never again. Lousy place for a family stay.

The location of the hotel is close to the station, the location is convenient, not too crowded, but still easy to find food and to shinjuku koen can walk, I choose a room with a capacity of 4 people there is a large refrigerator, provided a complete place to eat and drink, and complete coffee tea, only indeed this room location is different from the reception so the road is pretty decent but still ok, the receptionist is not a native Japanese less friendly.

This hotel was on a great price considering we only need to walk around 1KM to center of crowd in shinjuku city. Don’t expect a wide spare space, this hotel is super affordable regarding to it’s location. However, this hotel would be the best choice if you’re at shinjuku for city walks. It’s clean, convenient toilet, great staff super friendly.

The hotel is close to our park. As for the room where the place was located was different from the recepcionist because the check-out hours were tight and fear of being subject to additional charges so I couldn't relax because of us. Backpakcer, so drag-drag the suitcase from the place of stay to the recepcionist, about 10 meters

The rooms are big, nice and clean, the service is good, it's just a little far away and it's hard to find it.

We arrived to this hotel in the evening after striving windy roads with luggages due to sequence of typhoon trami. The staffs were friendly, they proactively lead us to our room and voila... The room is perfect. Everything we need from good hotels are available. Good space, good bathroom with complete toiletries. However, a bit far from shinjuku station.

The room is like Doraemon's room, my child is happy, using tatami and very comfortable mattress, cooking equipment is provided, toiletries are very complete, more complete than what we brought from JKT. Want to come back again

Very convenient, very close to Metro. There is a lift at Exit 3. Convenient transportation, near convenience store, clean.

The location is very close to the station and the center of the crowd, where to eat, the mini market is really cool, the bathroom is very nice and clean, although the bedroom is very small, the service from the owner is nice, good and very helpful, next if to Tokyo will stay Here again.
