Beautifully decorated and maintained to a high standard, very clean. Rooms and beds were lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed a drink from the bar before leaving too which was great although a little pricey! All in all a fantastic stay and would happily recommend to anyone!

The charger in the bathroom didnt work. If you're from Europe or another place in the world than UK then remember af travel-adapter, unless you just wanna use the usb on your charger. There were only one for usb.

Great location. Good price. Spacious room. Sadly, the air-conditioning was useless and the room temp never fell below 26 despite being on for hours (because it reprogrammed). Opening the windows meant you could hear a very busy road and roadworks that started at 6am. Staff were excellent in the main. Facilities are good and attractive.

I really like this hotel due to its' close proximity to the city center, great amenities, and abundant breakfast options. The decaf coffee is also a nice addition!

Bed comfy, linen clean staff exceptionally helpful. The ac/ cooling in the room was poor, especially when the temperatures outside were at 30 degrees late into the evening, my room was changed the next day but no better, room temperature sat at 25 all night so really uncomfortable. But overall a pleasant stay.

What a little gem of a hotel! We live in Birmingham but wanted a night out without the hassle of getting back home so booked this hotel as it ticked all the boxes: central location, breakfast, good reviews and very reasonably priced. Well it exceeded all our expectations! It definitely rivals other hotel chains of the same calibre. The member of staff on the front desk was helpful and even delivered a garment steamer to our room as we didn’t have an iron. Spotlessly clean hotel and everywhere smelt amazing. Great buffet breakfast too. We parked in the nearby NCP which was £14 for 24 hours. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is well positioned in the city centre. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast was lovely and staff attentive. The only comment I would make is that my room was at the side by the garage on the street, and as I need my window open, it was noisy with the sounds of jet washing.

The room was clean and comfortable. However, I was disappointed that a security guard knocked on our door in the middle of the night and accused us of being loud, even though we weren’t making noise.

The hotel is in good location easily accessible to the local train station and buses and close to one of the biggest shopping centre In Birmingham. Staff's are very friendly and helpful. One thing I don't like the hotel name at first I wasn't sure to book or not to book. The hotel is environmentally friendly.

A comfortable, clean room and good tea facilities. Breakfast in the morning catered widely with fresh food, cheerful greeting, self service and catered well for gluten free. Fantastic staff to greet you when you first arrive and help with anything you may ask. I would definitely return whenever travelling to Birmingham. Thank you.

The staff was very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.

Room nice and clean, shower room spotless with towels and linen lovely and clean. The only downside… mattress was thin and lumpy, definitely seen better days, and the fan come A/C in the room didn’t shift from 23 degrees over a 2 night stay, so if you open the window, try not to loose a fingers pressing the return latch in the frame..Reception area and staff all fabulous, so all in all, will certainly return.
