Bed was horrible

We stayed in early March, not much open at this time of year, would be great in summer! Staff is awesome. Rooms are clean. Excellent shower. Comfortable bed.

We just stayed the night. Staff were great, helpful and friendly. We had a nice room. Great breakfast and very close to the beach for walking, if it was warm. We had a noisy neighbour, as you could hear them on the phone. Very nice place and would stay there again.

Staff here were great, especially the two ladies on reception and the blonde lady who served the breakfast. Bed was really comfortable, room was spotless, will definitely be returning in the new year.

We stayed there for week as we had gone to Montesilvano to support England junior boxing team ..hotel met all our requirements and the staff was very friendly..the breakfast staff was amazingly helpful and cheerful

They wanted from us to pay 10 Eur/per person for access to the private beach.

It's definitely a family with kids destination. Parking is horrible and you need to have reservations for almost every restaurant. Buffet at hotel did not look appealing. For a family hotel the elevator is a joke, 2 people can uncomfortably fit in it. Room was good and bed comfy. The shower was very entertaining LOL. Staff was very friendly

Great find, central and convenient location to beach. Has its own pool if you want it. Has free bikes to use if you want to explore the area. Food was plentiful and lots of options and choices. Downfall is our room was tired with very small balconey and being 6ft plus, I was unable to use toilet due to poor design, no leg room, to close to shower. Room needed some updating.

The hotel was great, the staff seemed friendly, they offered an “all inclusive package” which was supposed to be €50, however when it came to check out the bill suddenly jumped to €90 and they threatened us with the police, the staff member who sold us the all inclusive package then denied doing so so it completely ruined the whole stay, we would never think about returning here again!!

Great hotel, the staff was wonderful and helpful, the breakfast was fantastic! The bathrooms are a little tough to maneuver for us Americans, but it was fine, the hotel goes out of its way to make sure each guest has a wonderful stay, and I most defiantly did!

The hotel is in average condition but clean and comfortable.
