Nice places

Decent breakfast variety, friendly and helpful staff, adequate parking and great location.

Another wonderful stay. I wanted to recognize a young woman who works in the food service area in the morning. Her name is "Z" She took the opportunity to greet me every morning in the most delightful way and it impressed me greatly. Management needs to clone her and reward her for efforts to make people feel noticed and welcome.

It was a quick stay, nothing special a little bit smelling of cigarette smoke, and not a fan of that.

Liked everything

Perfect overnight stop for Margaritaville at Sea cruise the next morning. My family and I got in at 10 p.m., I got checked in within two minutes. The first thing my mom said when getting into our room was “we need to stay at SpringHill Suites more often.” Room was spacious and we had an entire separate area for our luggage. Comfy beds and shower/sink area was great. Breakfast was AMAZING. Plenty of delicious options and well-managed. Don’t know when I’ll be back in West Palm again, but SpringHill Suites will be my go-to.

This was nice after a long day of traveling.

Our room was dirty. Sticky bedside tables. Shower was dirty and there was no shampo, conditioner or soap.

The best bed I had even slept within all the hotels that I had been. Nice staffs and decent breakfast. The room size is great. I would love to return.

Always a great stay staff is truly amazing and accommodating and the rooms are always clean

It was pretty bare bones. No frills. But clean and the area appeared safe. Good parking lot lighting. Not a lot of dinner options in the immediate area.

Never could figure out the lights and why they were all connected - lamps did not function unless other switches were on - just weird - shower curtain was too short and flooded the restroom every time we showered

We enjoyed our stay. We were out and about during the day so I can’t speak to the hotel amenities like the gym or pool. But we appreciated the cleanliness of the entire facility, the rooms and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The continental breakfast had lots of options and the waffle machine was a huge hit with my kiddo.
