Ok, so it’s what it says on the tin… and that may be enough for some people. But honestly I have had more comfortable nights in a premier inn. If you want to stay at a community gym with some hotel rooms popped on the top, fill your boots. The only think that came to my mind when I entered reception was when was Mr Brittas going to appear! I get it the hotel choose to subsidise their hotel revenue by letting in the masses from the local community! Well I don’t want to fight my way through waves of sweaty locals to get to my guess room!

Great location, facilities with good food options

Room did not get cleaned once on stay despite asking cleaners and putting the ‘clean me’ sign on the door. Only thing they did was empty bins. No fresh towels. Beds never made. The rooms are red hot. We were supplied with a fan but the remote for it was missing. Asked at receptions and they side there was nothing they could do. Same with TV remote. Battery’s were flat and they said there’s nothing they could do to fix. Bathroom had mould on ceiling as the extractor fan is badly positioned meaning it remains steamy.

No phone, no phone wall plug charger. Extremely noisy occupants above, no redress but was told they were checking out. Very friendly staff, bar area clean, good tv. The food I had was very pleasant. Nearby Marks good for necessaries. Cheap & for a reason ( not central) but lots of hot water, clean, comfortable bed. Nearby train line might be an issue for some. Close to the M1

Stayed before l, very good hotel but the cleanliness was a little lacking this time, especially in the gym and changing room.

Lovely hotel let down by Gym reception staff rude & unhelpful

Had a club room. Room was tired. Lamps hard to adjust and one collapsed. Heater very outdated. Shower head was blocked. No where for suitcase. Bedroom Mirror difficult to see as poor lighting. Bathroom mirror was no good for shaving as too far away. Food and service was great. Bar staff excellent.

Perfect can’t fault it, great hotel in a great area

Great property but gyn is £5 extra which at most hotels is inclusive. That aside will stay again.

Saturday to Tuesday, a pleasant stay. Only had breakfast in hotel but there was lots of choices.

Self check in seems like more hassle than worth especially as staff on hand to help/do. Would have been far smoother to have a normal check in desk. Not like I got paid to work for them and do the job. Slave labour... Room ok, mid range fair. No glasses for bathroom. No towel rail either! And worst, advertising bedside charger so only brought a usb but turned out no bedside socket of any sort. Bed comfortable. Room seemed quite enough. Bar prices reasonable. Advertising cocktails, yet dont have any cocktails on a n early spring, yet busy, Saturday. Lots of lager, just one Pale Ale, no proper beer. A good place to watch sports as lots of large TV. Do download the app and get 5% off. The new user 25% off doesn't seem to work. (two of party tried, neither worked)

Nice hotel with good facilities. Breakfast was disappointing as the food was dry and not much choice of hot food.

Great hotel. Facilities are great - bar, Starbucks, pool, gym, etc. Our bathroom was dated and dirty. Complained but nothing was done about it. Restaurant food was great and the selection of beers and spirits was brilliant.

Bed was really comfortable. Its convenient for southall racecourse and we always stay here for that reason. Staff are always welcoming.

Booked the village due to its amenities. Called and confirmed food times - was told last orders is 9.30pm. Arrived to a self check in no reservations staff- unlike advertised. Went to order food at 9.17pm was told kitchen is closed. There was a large table in. Absolutely ridiculous after travelling 4 hours!! A member of staff appeared at the check in desk who was also surprised at the kitchen being closed. Was then directed to the Mcdonalds across the car park. If they were going to close the kitchen early - notify your guests so they can make alternative plans. So very disappointed and wont be back. Might aswell have booked the Premier Inn ! Bedroom was poorly lit - no mirror on the dresser- lighting needs to be looked at. Bathrooms not clean.

Loud bar downstairs. Room service didn’t arrive after 50mins, order hadn’t gone through. Room dark so couldn’t see the food when it did arrive. Good comfy bed.
