Horrible property. Very poorly managed. Stay away!!!

Quiet , and room was clean

Nice property. Clean, comfortable and quiet. OK breakfast.

I was pleased with my room when I checked in but quickly became disappointed on the third day when housekeeping never came in my room to empty the trash, vacuum or dust. There wasn’t extra toilet paper so I had to go the front desk to get some. Poor housekeeping.

The room smelled like a dog. The shower didnt get hot. The tub didn’t drain. The pillowcase had a black stain on it and I was charged an additional $25 for nothing. I didn’t order any room service. I did not purchase anything from the hotel and I did not damage anything in the room. I will not be booking with them in the future

Clean safe room

Staff was very nice. Room was decently sized. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of hot foods.

My stay there was an adventure. I enjoyed myself immensely.

Tried to make us double pay. Very loud. Front doors lock and you have to enter side doors. Front desk attendant treated us like we were being checked into jail. The room was very nice but as a whole we would probably go somewhere else in town where service matches the quality.

Room was clean. Customer service was good. Breakfast was ok. Our toilet kept running but other than that was nice.

Great venue, excellent customer service. Breakfast menu limited.

Very clean hotel! Friendly staff

Check out said 12 noon on my reservation and on the sign on the back of my room door but when I called down to the front desk they said it was 11am. So I had to rush and get my things out.

Property was near where we were going. Stayed 5 nights, towels replaced only 2 nights, garbage was not taken out from room. Breakfast was just partial due to “the truck was late” so no butter, cream cheese, syrup. Shower handle was broke and glued back on preventing water getting hot

The room had not been cleaned at all. The sheets were dirty and the bed was not made. There were used towels on the counter and trash on the bathroom sink.

Came from out of state for a family funeral. Had ask for an earlier check in was told we could. Kevin desk clerk at check in wouldn’t let us check in early and was very rude. Will never be back.
