Very good but just a little bit not happy regarding about parking is hard to fine parking and we been charge £15 a night and every time when we come back we have to look for parking space and we end up parking right ti the end parking and every time we come back we have to drive around the car park atleast 3times driving around and wait for parking.

This hotel was Right near the airport and a 6 minute walk (the staff said) to the monorail to the airport. We did walk to the monorail after we checked out in the morning. The food in the bar/restaurant was good, very adequate. The room was clean. The staff was Helpful!

Great location for NEC and airport. Clean and comfortable.

The bed was very comfy and room pretty clean. The two issues were that there was only one quite flat pillow per person, one towel had quite a few stains on it and the other one had quite a few holes/looked a bit shredded in places. Hotel staff were nice and found two extra pillows and after that, our stay was very comfortable.

The staff where very friendly and welcoming and they our a dog friendly hotel . The room was not that bad but i would not call it a queen room

Room was OK for the price paid. Had a room at the back of the hotel so there was a lot of road noise which affected quality of sleep. Staff were great.

Booked this hotel to attend a concert. Concert was cancelled hotel refused a refund. Worst customer service ever

Location for NEC perfect, friendly staff and decent breakfast included. Grass out back was great for the dog 👍 Room itself was very tired, stained bed sheets and the TV didn't work which was annoying on a 2 night stay! Hotel really need to take the disabled bay markings off the 4 EV parking bays as majority of our stay the bays were full of cars not charging but showing blue badges (plenty of other disabled bays were available)

We would have missed the last train into Gloucester. Booked a room, as our flight was delayed last year so taking no chances, our flight was delayed yet again this time. Breakfast was very good, although the bacon had been cooked for some time and allowed to dry out.

overall it was OK for the price. Sofa bed was terrible. Could feel every spring. At least they gave us a spare duvet which we could use as an extra mattress.
