Absolute best location in the center of Old Town…clean, comfortable, and charming

What a lovely stay, central just off Ledra Street, spotlessly clean, friendly staff and a the option of cooked breakfast or continental. Delighted with every aspect of our stay and would definitely recommend.

Wonderful staff, good location, excellent breakfast and large clean rooms. Only negative was noise from donner restaurant below but it did not affect our sleep.

great location in the city, with very helpful hotel staff.

Our room was very clean and a nice size with a little balcony, however the views are literally derelict buildings. The breakfast was disgraceful. Everything is cooked on the same hot plate (bacon, eggs, omelettes, haloumi), so my eggs where black all over and truly over-cooked (I asked for sunny side up). The lady went to replace them and they came back black on the bottom again and white on the top but the yolks were rock hard. Beware if you are a light sleeper. Once people start getting up at 7.0 in the morning, if you room is near the lift (I think they all are), you just hear the whirring of the lift going up and down.

Very pleasant, helpful receptionist with the information, ideas what to see in a day. The restaurant manager and the waitress were very pleasant, helpful and professional.

We had a fantastic 2 nights stay in Centrum hotel. Location is great. Fast check in process. Room was great with everything provided. Rich breakfast - plenty of options. Beautiful restaurant with some vintage memorabilia - worth exploring. Everyone was kind and supportive. We would like ti personally thanks early shift staff who were covering reception and breakfast area. We had issues with our transfer to the airport so the reception staff managed to book urgently for us a new taxi. We managed to reach the airport but it was so stressful we didn’t know whether we will make it. Once again thanks everyone for your kind support!

The hotel was perfect for a cheap quick overnight stay EXCEPT the rooms smelled so bad from cigarette smoke. I slept with a mask on so not to breathe it- it was so gross. Please do a deep cleaning of your non-smoking rooms as it felt like someone had a lit cigarette beside me.

Clean room. Perfect location

Rundown hotel, with very basic amenities, I book the executive room, it was nothing about it that made that category, the TVs are not working in any room, would have been to have heads up in the hotels.com page, safe boxed very old l, internet veery poor. The only great thing is the location, right by Ledra street

Please note that there are rooms without a proper window. I had a room with a small window and a view of a wall that was very close. But overall the room was clean, well equipped and had a new bathroom.

An excellent hotel with an ideal position in Nicosia. The rooms were well maintained and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. We will be back definitely!

Friendly staff in a central location. Bed was to soft for me personally.. Hotel is not on the road so maybe be difficult to find but staff are helpful if you phone they come to find and guide you to hotel.
