Large clean room great breakfast choice and taste and lovely helpful polite staff

Food was awesome

The customer service is outstanding. We really enjoyed our stay here and we were blown away by the welcoming, friendly staff that couldn’t do enough for us. We are a retired couple from Australia travelling the world by bicycle. A quick thank you to John the manager that personally made sure our needs were met and also a special mention of the chef Vardhan Bahl who created delicious dishes around my food intolerances. All the staff were fantastic. The breakfast was incredible . The rooms were huge and very comfortable. Highly recommend!

nice clean and best service

The hotel staff were very helpful and kind. Loved the security of the hotel and its cleanliness. Rooms are exactly as advertised while booking. Shopping is a nearby walk which is really convenient.

The staff are all absolutely amazing, so friendly and polite. The hotel is exceptionally clean. They go out of their way to help you. The breakfast was fabulous, so many varieties to cater for all and again the staff serve your every need. The only, very minor point I have is the bathroom, the layout is a bit odd and the shower doors have a gap which means water leaks out all over the bathroom.

Excellent stay

great taj personnel service . Very good . However the property was old and the rooms are in serious need of an upgrade. Local staff was not helpful in trying to get me a inexpensive taxi and kept pushing me to use their expense hotel taxi . They need to do a better job in getting local taxi to the guest .

Not worthy of its Taj connection, shabby, poorly trained staff, and dubious clientele….such a shame.

Very pleasant staff nice atmosphere, facilities in the room

I always stay at “Vivanta” Panjim Goa the staff is very friendly enjoyed the breakfast of course you have to pay around Rs: 1,100/- per day per person but the spread is good. This Panjim Vivanta is in the heart of the city so very convenient to close by place like MiraMar beach and nearby good restaurants etc etc over all enjoyed my 7 days stay will sure stay there on my next visit to Goa.

Lovely property - excellent team - I can’t stop saying - Wah Taj !

Room smelled like mold and room wasn't thoroughly cleaned, found black mold growing on the ceiling of the closet. Otherwise, service was amazing, breakfast was delicious and service staff were great.

Personalized service, excellent buffet breakfast. Didn’t like the fact the price of the same dish via room service v eating at the restaurants downstairs was significantly higher. Also, stevia and Maggi hot and sweet sauce was not available. While the latter is minor, as a pre-diabetic, stevia is important

I forgot my camera at service desk. They brought it up to my room. Staff was very nice

The hotel was beautiful with great amenities and the staff were great. The spa experience was lovely and the spa manager in particular was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. Great experience, would recommend this place, 10/10.
