Nice

Nice clean hotel. Great location.

Staff should know more about the area. There needs to be something done about the metal roof. The rain is so noisy off it.

The heat in the room was oppressive with no means of cooling. After checking in we had to leave the room to seek relief from the heat. This on a day when it was on 25degrees outside was unacceptable. We were offered a free night when we return however this was of no value to us as we live in Australia. It was very disappointing!

Convenient to the university, lots of food options all very close by.

Sodalicious for breakfast on the ground floor was 10/10. Shame that there were no irons/ironing boards. Flew in from England and used this hotel for a seminar, and was conscious of my creased shirts.

Noisy guests (Room 309 opposite mine) shouting and partying until the early hours, then continual banging on doors from 6.00am! Additionally, no hair dryer provided in the room.

The hotel was reasonably priced, so that was a plus. Close to dining and grocery store. The rooms were clean and staff very helpful. More like a budget hotel. No issues.

There was some broken glass all around the car park, and the first lift beside reception didn’t seem to work. But otherwise it was perfectly clean, and had a lovely stay. I wouldn’t have any problem staying again.

The hotel was just ok, not cheap by any means, but mo food on site, the restaurant next door is not great for breakfast although cute with nice staff. There was no USB plug which made it impossible for us to charge our phones, and the outlets in the lobby were super slow.
