The room is spacious enough for three people, there are coin laundry facilities, it is very clean, free amenities are provided, facial toner & cream, cleanser, etc.

When I reached the hotel, I needed to pay extra money due to the hotel tax, and it was never mentioned to me in the app. It is not charged per room but per person. So even though I was not happy, I couldn't reject it as I had already arrived. I don't think I needed to find another hotel as I had already made payment for the hotel room. The breakfast was the same every day. I stayed there 5 days and ate the same thing for 5 days. The fruit was not nice, and there wasn't much variety to choose from. The room is small for 2 people. You can't open luggage if you bring big luggage with you. I needed to wait a very long time to wash clothes because there were not enough washing machines, as a lot of people were washing clothes, and the dryer needed more time to dry the clothes as it is not strong enough to dry clothes. But the location is good, and the room cleanliness is good.

This hotel is close to JR Sapporo Station and Sapporo Subway Station. The room is spacious for a Japanese hotel. It seems like an old hotel, but the bed and pillows are really comfortable! I slept well for 3 nights here. One more thing: the breakfast is extravagant!! (Again, for a Japanese hotel). The menu is varied and delicious. I will come back here if I have the chance to go to Sapporo in the future.

Location is only a short distance walk from the West entrance of JR Sapporo Station. Staffs were so friendly. Collect your amenities in the lobby as they don't provide it inside the room. They do have a Yamato service counter (and can ask hotel staff for helping you if outside working hours, just ensure 3 days before your departure time) if you want to send over the baggage to the airport, so much convenient for us to travel.

The location is very near to jr sapporo.

Because we went to Sapporo using the Shinkansen and train, we arrived at night but the check-in process was easy. The hotel is vintage but clean and comfortable, for the 4 of us the room is quite spacious, there is a toilet, bathroom, bathtub and 2 sinks, there is also a dining table 😊 😊 The location is close to Sapporo station, making it easy for us to do activities. To Odori is also only the next stop 1 station. Near Sapporo station there is a shopping center. To clean the room, only add 500 yen per day but must be informed the day before. Enjoy Sapporo with a comfortable hotel, very impressive. If we come here again, it seems we will stay here. Recommended.

Excellent hotel, near North Exit of Sapporo Station. If carrying luggages, best to walk on street level (rather than basement). From north exit on street level, go out to the open, turn left all the way, locate Family Mart at the corner, walk down the ramp (helpful for luggages) and cross to Family Mart. With front facing FM door and back facing station, walk straight to right hand side following the pavement. Hotel is after traffic light (need to cross) Pleasant hotel, amenities on level 1, pyjamas provided. We got all we needed, clean room, spacious for 4 of us (2A2C). Convenient location
