Very clean hotel, with friendly staff and accesible

Quiet place but problem with parking.

Nice hotel on edge of most of what you will want to see in Lourdes. Easy walk (fairly flat) to the religious sites. Friendly staff throughout. Big reception area with large bar and shop and just off is a huge dining room (seems to used by coach groups at the hotel). Bedroom of a good enough size and with toilet separate from the bathroom. My only gripe would be the windows which fully open (inwards) - could be a problem with young children?? Easy parking at the hotel car park but at €25 per day, we personally found the parking immediately opposite at half the price and paid by the hour, a much better option.

Clean hotel and the staff are very helpful. 10 minutes walking distances to the church and to the shops. Airport shuttle service was close by. Had a nice day. If there was facilities to make Tea and Coffee in the room it would have been fantastic.

Bar does not open for coffee until 8:30am

This property was super convenient. We were in Bourdeaux for one night and wanted to be close to the train station. The staff was super helpful and the public transportation made it super easy to get in and out of town. I would recommend to anyone. Looking for a quick stop in Bordeaux.

Hotel cancelled my reservation close to my reservation date which leaves me no choice but to stay in their related Hotel Eliseo suposedly under samecterms .However,, my booking for superior room with 1 queen and 1 single becomes just triple room with 3csingle beds and worst was a bathtub room. Room was changed on next day after i requested for walk in shower and was given a handicapped room . The toilet was sanitized with strong vinegar which was really unbearable. I would like to suggest that hotel should inform guests well in advance to enable the guest to make alternative booking.

Lovely hotel with great rooms (large) free WiFi and an excellent location for walking to the Lourdes grotto and Basilica. Only issue is parking. Onsite parking is 27€ per day at the hotel, however free overnight parking available in the public parking opposite the hotel. A recommended stay for those visiting Lourdes

I like the staff and the services. Very friendly and helpful customer services. I'll definitely stay there again.

The Hotel felt cozy and welcoming. The staff is very friendly. My husband and I will definitely return to this place.
