The property was clean but in need of a refresh. Our room was dated and the bathroom, although clean, had stained and crumbling grout in the shower. It was also a shower in a bath so a bit awkward to get in and out and also a bit slippery. The view from our room was spectacular and the balcony was a lovely addition. The only real negatives were the temperature in the room which was so hot neither of us could sleep. When we asked about AC, we were told it was off and to open the windows to prevent the heating coming on. The food was OK but nothing to write home about. The parador is also quite a distance from the town and up a hill so taxi was needed if not driving.

The parador was very nice with an incredible view of Segovia. My only negative was that the beds were a little hard for us but we would still come back if returning to Segovia. Wonderful place!!

Great view, nice room, staff was indifferent and it is too far to walk to any of the sights. Basically you stay there for the view.

Lovely room with the most amazing view of the cathedral, alcazar and old town. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner was excellent. Great value for money. Would love to return one day.

Too far to walk to centre so relied on taxis which reception ordered but the return journey meant waiting at a taxi rank which took a while. Bar area lovely for a drink and light meal and parking excellent as very close to reception.

A very comfortable stay, with spacious, comfortable rooms and views across to the town and cathedral. Slightly longer that 'walkable' distance from town, but we were happy to drive/bus, both very easy to do and only a few minutes. Loved the outdoor pool area, though slightly disappointed to find the indoor one closed. Evening meal good value. Room very comfortable, with small terrace for views. Facilities in room good, although some fittings (handles, taps) rather 'tired' and loose.

Big rooms, fabulous beds, traditional delicious Spanish restaurant and cafe on site and a great pool and grounds. All with beautiful views of Segovia!

Nice swim pool however location hotel is remote from anything then car or taxi required.

The hotel allows you to see the whole city from your room. The rroms are sound proof and big. The beds are very comfy. The restaurant allows you to have a breakfast with a view. Very large parking.

Have stayed before and know it to be a delightful place to stay on our travels around spain

It is actually a beautiful trip It’s a beautiful city and the Parador. It is located in a beautiful where you have a fantastic view of the city we were given handicap Rome that appears to be quite small and there was now shower curtains, so there was water all over I should have decline that room and get a regular room. I think that they should have a coffee pot in the room where you can heat up your own coffee

The Hotel as with all the Paradors we have stayed with is basically excellent value for money. We were less than enchanted with the service we received at the restaurant at our evening meal . The drinks we ordered whilst we were perusing the menu never appeared, likewise the bottle of wine. When we were finally able to bring this to the waiters attention our main courses had almost finished. The bottle of wine duly appeared on the bill. Next night with a change of mainly female staff things were a lot better, like a normal restaurant. Why did we go the second night? the hotel is some distance from the bars and restaurants of Segovia and luckily it was a better experience. To conclude I would recommend Segovia and the Parador to anyone but be a bit more assertive than we were with any bad service.

This Paradores has a nice view of the Segovia old town. It was great enjoying the swimming pool.

The hotel is fabulous but the restaurant food is absolutely awful. When we told the waiter, (three out of the four dishes were dreadful. The fourth was just ok) he responded with ‘yes I know’ and took away the plates. The staff were totally indifferent. We were not complaining for compensation but the way we were treated makes me think we should have had some.
