The hotel was very friendly clean the pool area was also very clean and tidy, The food at the hotel was really nice and a big variety.. really enjoyed my 3 days and higly reccomend this hotel

This was our second stay abd we were pleased with the whole package from food to staff.

This is not a 4* hotel, it is 3 stars at most. Overall, yes, I had a pleasant holiday at BQ Belvedere, but there were some things that let it down. Cleanliness was okay but lacking in detail - grime under the bed, under the sink and ants and silverfish in the bathroom. But what was worse was the appalling attitude of the restaurant and bar staff. Very rude, passive aggressive and generally unhappy to have to serve anyone. Customer service beyond the reception team was significantly lacking. Although I would go back to Palma, I would NOT stay here again!

Beautiful hotel, stayed B&B and the choice for breakfast was amazing, menu at pool bar very reasonable and tasty too! Theres a bus stop right by the hotel & only 2 euros into Palma and there's a free shuttle bus to Palma Nova as well! It is located up a big hill with lots of steps which I didn't mind but those less mobile would struggle..the same if you had pushchairs.

Check-in wasn't that good as soon as you say "good afternoon" they a binder in front of you with all the hotel information, to be honest is good but could have waited a few minutes. The information about the pool/beach towels is confusing and taking in consideration that you have to pay in CASH, probably this should be mentioned when we booked. Ended up renting one to find out later that the shop downstairs sells towels for €10 (renting + deposit was for us €24 that we got only €10 back when we return the towels). Food was nice and the theme nights were quite good, plenty of choice. Not eco-friendly you won't find a single water foutain around the hotel but we were able to find vending machines.

lobby and swimming pool area is nice, but room are just a bit basic, check in slow, but good thing is staff help to check room once we report the aircon has issue. quiet area, but just a bit harsh to walk to store since is uphill.

The hotel provides shuttle service to Magaluf and Palmanova which was convenient but very limited time available. With no shuttle after 6 PM. The hotel is close to Cala Major which was very nice. It’s about a 10 minute walk and there’s plenty of restaurants to go to along the way. Hotel is very clean and they allowed me to check in at 6 o’clock in the morning. On my birthday, they sent me a bottle of champagne to my room. I would’ve liked more amenities like complementary water in the room, coffee maker. Make sure you pack all your toiletries as there are none provided either. If you’re not looking for anything over the top, it’s a great location. If you’re on a budget the pool was nice and there are two poolside bars.

Child friendly and family atmosphere nice hotel

We had a bunch of issues in this hotel mainly to do with the service. The staff members were a mixed bag, some were nice and others were quite rude. My friends had a mix up where they were given the key to a room that was already in use, their room also had ants crawling all over the entrance. My room had silverfish in it and for some reason the cleaner sprayed my whole room with vinegar (which did not kill the silverfish) and I had to sleep in a room stinking of vinegar. Honestly this might sound terrible but it wasn’t all bad, the beds were so comfortable and the room was nice despite all of that. I wish some of the staff were more polite as I had issues of a staff member ignoring me when asking for help, but responding to others (obviously my race may have been a factor in this situation, but I don’t want to assume. Maybe he didn’t like my face or something). Whenever we’d call the number for reception they wouldn’t come or respond for the longest time. The hotel is nice and the food was alright too, we got half board. But the staff… chip on their shoulders

Would definitely recommend this hotel. Big enough pool and good food choice. Walking distance to the small beach and the bus stop just around a corner.

just had a fantastic 4 night stay here, with the all-inclusive package. The food was excellent, and we never had to queue too long to get drinks. The pool area is beautiful and we never had any issue getting a sun lounger in the mornings. We used the free shuttle bus to Palmanova too which was great. The rooms are comfortable with an excellent shower.

The hotel is really nice and clean. The staff is helpful. I was in a single room which has a tiny shower I barely could fit in but other than that all good! Its a 4 stars hotel but don't expect a water bottle or coffee maker in the room.
