Excelent location for using the main train station. Quiet despite a busy neighborhood. Lots of fast food options nearby. Plenty of opportunities for souvenir shopping. Small (tiny) elevator from street level to reception on 1, and then stops midway between floors for access to room, requiring 10 steps. Room 36 was very small with little floor space or storing stuff out of a suitcase. No AC, but floor fan provided (this was during one of the heat spells of 2026.) Tap water in the evenings always ran hot when trying to get drinking water.

My family and I stayed for one night on our way between other destinations. We had a room with four beds. For our limited purposes, the hotel was fine. The gentlemen at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful on check in and departure. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was very small but clean and serviceable.

Does what it says on the tin. A bed, close to the Hamburg Central Station. Dated, but no complaints

The hotel was advertised in the listing as wheelchair accessible. It wasn't. The elevator stops between the floors requiring a flight of stairs to reach any of the rooms. In addition, it says limited on site parking for which I asked for a disabled parking spot. The closest parking is 3 blocks away. Do not consider a stay here if you are disabled.

One of the many convenient hotels for Hamburg Main station. The area around is a bit off putting but is reasonably safe. The hotel itself is clean and tidy however although there is a lift, due to the building layout it stops on the landing between two floors 2-3, 4-5 so stairs have to be negotiated to reach the floor where your room will be.

Great front desk staff in the afternoon and morning. One thing needs major attention that is the light sensors in the common area and specifically the stairs. It’s complete dark when you enter the stairs to catch the elevator and it takes significant amount of time and movement in the stairs to get the sensor working. Very risky

The room was clean . Staff were really nice and helpful.

For budget minded people this is an amazing location. Clean very convenient location. Staff most welcoming experience in many years of travel (did not catch the mans name) I slept 13 hours in a modest but clean room. They offered breakfast for €12 yet not pushy. Outside has the usual issies of being near a main station with drugs / homeless however alot of security/ people passing bye for no real concern. Ill be back next time in town. Thanks for a great rest

Close to train station and restaurants. Street is very busy and noisy but not heard as long as windows are closed.

Great hotel near Alexanderplatz. Breakfast was great! Conveniently located, affordable, safe, clean. Will definitely stay again next time I visit Berlin!

I stayed here for Ironman Hamburg. The prices were lower than elsewhere and the location was convenient. The hotel and room are basic and the area outside isn’t the most inviting BUT it is very clean and well kept inside and the staff do everything to make you feel at home. It was a little hot in my room so I asked for a fan and it was provided. Overall a simple but clean and functional stay. Thank you!

This hotel is only 150m from the main station. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to leave my luggage with them prior to my room being available. Perfect for a solo traveler who just needs a bed for the night.

Absolute garbage, poor access, dirty, seedy. Lots of "casual" visitors from Reeperbahn.

Sheets are not clean even blood was there. We don’t have time to complain

Apart from its convenient location to the central station, and a friendly reception staff , there is little else to recommend about this property. Old facility , cosmetic improvements only, warm room -so windows had to be left open, and the street noise endured.
