This is my favorite of all the places we stayed in our 2 week tour of Morocco. The multilingual staff is the absolute best; offering advice on where to go and what to see complete with maps, buying spices for us in the market to ensure we paid an appropriate price, making reservations, ordering takeout for us one night when we were too exhausted to go back out and welcoming us “home” at the end of a long day exploring. We stayed in Nours, which has a bedroom, bathroom, private sitting area and private rooftop terrace, and enjoyed a few hours respite from the hustle of Marrakech each afternoon. Delicious breakfast is served each morning, fruit is always available and whenever we asked for anything the staff was happy to help. The RIAD is on a quiet street away from traffic but just minutes walk from the Bahia Palace and main sites. Don’t miss the opportunity to make this your home in Marrakech.

We were made to feel very welcome. The hosts were responsive and instructions to get to the Riad very helpful. We loved the room and the roof terrace provided good photo opportunities of the storks nesting on the walls of Badii palace. Breakfast of bread, pastries and fruit was most welcome and set us up for the days sightseeing. All the top sights were within walking distance. Thank you for a lovely stay

We wanted to get an authentic Moroccan experience and Riad Maison Arabo-Andalouse was perfect! The medina is just as you would expect, but we were still surprised when our driver stopped and said, "We are here"! The chaos and heat on the street is a perfect introduction to the peace and beauty of Mohammed's oasis. The building is beautiful, with a courtyard and dining area on the ground floor. Our 2 room suite was perfect for our family of 4. The beds were very comfortable and clean with The rooftop terrace is so pretty although we didn't spend much time up there. The breakfast is wonderful, with a wide variety of fruit, quiche, pastries, coffee, tea and fresh squeezed juice. They will prepare it for whatever time you'd like, no pressure. Mohammed and his staff were The staff was wonder

Lovely Riad & hosts who were more welcoming than you could imagine. Our room on the roof was spotless & comfortable & we enjoyed to sit on our terrace in the evenings. Breakfasts were plentiful & good & the dinner we enjoyed in the Riad one evening was really good. Thanks to all the team for their wonderful attention.

We stayed for 3 nights. The riad is lovely, our room (bahia) was a nice size for a couple. Nicely decorated, comfy bed, and hot shower! The owners go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The breakfasts were tasty and plentiful. The terrace was a nice place to relax, especially fascinating was watching the storks nesting on the adjoining badii palace ruins. The location is perfect. I thoroughly recommend.

We had a short stay in Marrakech .The hotel Maison Arabo Andalouse was excellent. The owner Mohamed made sure we had anything we wanted ,all the staff were very friendly .they helped getting my boarding pass printed .The breakfast was lovely and I cannot fault the hotel at all .Marrakech is very interesting and we enjoyed taking an hour long horse driven carriage to see the sights. The local people will expect you to barter for their goods which is good fun , Restaurant prices are reasonable but many places do not serve alcohol .

I spent 2 weeks in different countries/cities on a big trip I just returned from, and this Riad was by far my most favorite accommodation out of everywhere I went. The staff was incredible! They far surpassed my expectations, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and extremely pleasant. The Riad is absolutely stunning in person, the atmosphere is everything you could ever want, and the location could not be better. I plan to return to Marrakech again in the future, and I would absolutely stay here again! I highly recommend it.

This hotel was amazing. There was nothing I can complain about them it was perfect. Above all, the whole staffs are super kind and nice. Although I can't speak French, Arabic, we were still able to understand each other and they tried their best to support and help their guests. I had to leave every morning while I was staying, they prepared great breakfasts and called taxis that I could leave on time. If I have a chance to visit Marrakech in the future, I would definitely stay here again! Last, special thanks to Mohamed! shukraan lakum!

Our family of four stayed here for three nights and had an excellent stay. The Riad is gorgeous - the suite we stayed in was clean and spacious with wonderful decor. Breakfast was plentiful each morning with good variety - we especially liked the freshly squeezed orange juice. The location of the Riad is perfect, right in the heart of it all. We were able to walk to all major attractions in the medina. The staff is super helpful and were always on top of things to ensure that we had a great stay. They provided us with many useful tips during our time in Marrakech. Overall, a wonderful experience - we will stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

stay was lovely. Mohammed, the riad host, could not have been sweeter, nicer and more accommodating. 1. airport pickup easy. They messaged immediately after booking to set up and had driver waiting for me with a sign in my name. Van was large and held all our luggage. 2. Checkin was easy with mint tea and cookies. Mohammed gave us a map and showed us where to go and to eat. He also insisted on carrying luggage to room. 3. room was large and quiet and cool. had an AC and heating unit. We were there in cooler rainy November, so option for the latter was nice. room also had large private terrace overlooking the courtyard. 4. Breakfast is served in dining area, but when I asked for coffee in my room, the whole spread was delivered to our room. Strong coffee, juice, fruit, croissants, pastries, bread, local jam, and “pancakes”, etc. 5. Every time we left, Mohammed made sure we knew where we were going, how to get around, and had his info just in case. He was like a dad in a good way. He genuinely cared about us, yet didn’t make us feel judged for coming home late after a night out on the town. 6. Location was perfect. 5-10 min walk to souls and main square and all tourist attractions. I even went running. What to know: It’s not resort style. Accommodations are more than sufficient, but not luxury. Minimal ammentities. WiFi is unreliable. When it works it’s great, but don’t depend on it if you need to get work done.

We stayed here for three nights and it was the best place we stayed all trip. The Riad is gorgeous, the room was amazing, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The place can be a little hard to find at first (the street it's on doesn't load correctly in Google Maps) but the staff were extremely helpful and the owner came out to collect us when we were dropped off from our desert tour, which saved us having to find it at night. The location is great, it's right next to the main palace (in fact you can view the walls up close from the Riad's roof terrace) and the main square and souks are only a 10-15 minute walk away. We will definitely be staying here again when we are next in Marrakech and would recommend it to anyone!

I booked Maison Arabo-Andalouse last-minute, and I was a bit nervous as I've never booked a 3 star hotel in Europe/Africa before (I travel internationally for work and fun, and I'm a bit spoiled!). Turns out my nervousness was entirely unfounded - this was one of the best stays I've ever had anywhere! The location couldn't be better, the riad itself is like something out of a movie, and the service is unlike anything I've experienced before. Staying here is like learning you have an eccentric uncle with a FABULOUS riad who's been sending you invites for years that all got lost in the mail - that is actually how Mohammed treats you on arrival. After insisting that I relax and enjoy some mint tea, he immediately arranged a fantastic guide, PERSONALLY WALKED ME to dinner every night (and adorably waited up until I was "home"), found me a cosmetics store when I realized I'd lost my makeup, and miraculously packaged my enormous shopping haul into something the airline would check. The thing about Marrakech is that it isn't so much a place as an experience. It's exciting and mesmerizing and overwhelming and amazing, but it's full of unwritten rules and hidden gems that are incredibly difficult to navigate the first time around without an insider who really cares that you have a magical trip. Are there more modern/higher end riads in the medina? Yes. Can you find a place with 10% "fancier" decor? Yep. Are they worth it? Not a chance. I'd take Mohammed and his riad every time!

This was my first time in Marrakech. When I arrived in the city I felt it was very intense. Mohammed the Riad Manager sensed this and made sure that my stay in Marrakech was a wonderful one. He made sure to offer services to me that he felt would make it easier for me to get comfortable in his city. He arranged my transfers to and from the airport since I had very odd flying hours. He made sure that I didn't have to put any money in the hands of the drivers or other vendors, as he took care of it completely for me. He also arranged two places for me to have dinner, a horse and carriage ride, hammam appointment, and got me a really great personal guide. On my first night Muhammad even had to come find me in the city as I had gotten lost. That was a great relief! I really appreciate Muhammad and his staff for all of their help while I was there. What's even better is I don't speak French nor Arabic, only English, but Muhammad and his staff and I were able to communicate well. I appreciate their patience. Lastly, he put me me in a room at the very top of the Riad. It had its own beautiful patio and it was very well appointed. The suite was clean and comfortable. The bed perfectly firm and it had its own individual AC that worked very well. He also made sure that my breakfast was served there on my personal patio if I wanted. I really appreciate the team there again. It was a beautiful stay. I would come back again and bring my family and friends.

We had a great stay at this Riad. The location is amazing - right in the heart of it all, yet quiet. The staff was super helpful and friendly and truly enhanced our stay with their friendliness and helpfulness. They booked a session at a hammam for us that was quite a treat. We could explore the Medina and come back to cool down or rest anytime, it was so convenient. There was a miscommunication and the staff were under the impression that one of us was handicapped, so we were given a the first floor accessible room. I would say that the other rooms on the higher floors (which we saw) were nicer, but if you are handicapped they will go out of their way to make sure you are accommodated! Our room stayed quite cool without a/c, but they have them available if you need it - that is a bonus in the hot climate of Marrakesh.

Staying at the Riad was one of life's special moments. The building itself is so beautiful and historic whilst the teams only wish is that you have a fabulous stay. Nothing was a problem for the staff and they went well above and beyond all expectations to make my stay with them enjoyable. The Riad itself is perfectly positioned to avoid getting lost on your way back to it. I've previously stayed in another Riad where I got lost several times. Abigail thank you to all the team
